• Stephane (1/5): Extrêmement médiocre - Le prix. L emplacement. Petit déjeuner correct. Les personnes que j ai rencontré en dehors de l hôtel Le personnel désagréable et moqueur. Pas de respect pour les clients. Facturation abusive de la carte magnétique de chambre perdue. Ménage pas fait. Air conditionné tellement bruyant qu on ne l utilise pas. Même éteint le bruit est insupportable. Pas de couverture ou de couette juste un drap. Pas de panique il fait tellement chaud car on n utilise pas l air conditionné donc pas besoin de couverture. Vous avez toujours l impression de déranger.chambre très vétuste. J ai difficile à croire que d avoir une note comme indiquée sur booking.com. sauf si vous dormez dans le hall d entrée. Maintenant je devrais pas me plaindre vu le petit prix. Mais il faut arrêter de mettre des notes fausses pour vendre. Rien n est gratuit même imprimer un document est payant. Il y a un 7 eleven et un lawson à quelques mètres. Cela vous coûtera 3 voir 4 fois mois cher que dans le bar de l hôtel. Frigo ne fonctionne pas. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de vous doucher avec des animaux de compagnie ( petit cafard). Rien de positif à l intérieur de l hôtel. Personnel irrespectueux. Surtout n'oubliez pas de demander votre caution en retour sinon ils ne rendent pas votre caution. Je commence à me méfier de plus en plus des pseudos avis positif de booking.com. 4 ème mauvaise expérience suite aux avis positifs. L hôtel 1 étoiles grand maximum

• Paul (2/5): Poor - Didn't like anything and left after 3 days of a 9 day booking. Didn't like the location, rating of the hotel was 3 star on internet, however more like a 2 star or 1 star. The surrounding streets were difficult to navigate. Footpaths were blocked with parked vehicles, footpaths had holes and uneven surfaces, which I tripped over repeatedly. Hotel fixed menu breakfast was of poor quality and very limited in choice for a westerner. Even to the point where they would not supply a juice for breakfast. Only choices were coffee x 1 cup only or water.

Para mí, se merece 3 estrellas de 5: Una estrella por lo maravilloso que es llegar a un sitio y que te reciba en recepción una mujer con bigote. Se merece una estrella enorme. Otra estrella por subir a la habitación y que en el baño te esté esperando una amigable y gentil cucaracha que se esconde para que no la eches de la habitación durante tu estancia y, probablemente, la del próximo inquilino. Ella vive ahí, tú no. No seas desconsiderado y déjala en paz. Y la última estrella porque si quieres un alojamiento para no dormir, ¡este es tu lugar idílico! Limpiadoras en el pasillo a primera hora de la mañana escuchando música y hablando a gritos en vez de limpiar, aires acondicionados del Jurásico que hacen más ruido que un motor diésel en invierno.. Si quieres tener ojeras y depresión en un día, alójate aquí. - Estrella bonus: el bajante del baño es tan grande como una alcantarilla, por ahí puede entrar cualquier ser vivo. Il condizionatore tutto impolverato e senza una finestra per far circolare l’aria. Hotel che puo andare bene per 2/3 notti non di piu. Colazione: poca scelta I didn’t like the room, damp and small. The air conditioner is all dusty and without a window to circulate the air. Hotel that can be good for 2/3 nights no more. Breakfast: little choice

Згодом я дізналася,що такі кондиціонери всюди, інших немає. Персонал був ввічливим. Поряд з готелем є банки, банкомати і обмін валюти. Для одного-двох днів нормальний готель. Поруч можна знайти їжу і кав'ярні.

• Kiana (10/5): I would honestly book again, the owner is accommodating and very quick to reply whenever I needed anything, also checked - I loved how close it was to everything, very convenient and it’s so beautiful! The accommodation itself has everything you need. I loved everything but the aircon was dripping during our stay but it didn’t really bother us:)

Kitchen staff were nice and friendly and courteous. Booking.com did not deliver on time our already paid hotel reservation to Festive Hotel Makati. This created serious problems for our accomodation because we had no accomodation in the hotel at all. I had to pay the first night just so we can rest for the night. The reservation arrived in the hotel a day after. The hotel staff did their best to help us. But we had serious discussions about what happened. Not their fault absolutely.

We asked for slippers, they only gave us 3 when they knew we were 4 :/. I paid for addtl pax, yet the toiletries and water that they gave us was only for 2. I paid for addtl pax, I didn’t sneak them in so we should’ve been provided 4 of everything. We also tried to use Netflix but it wasn’t loading. So we called reception. Then one of our friends were downstairs, she heard the staff say (non verbatim) “Ah malaki kasi yung TV dun, hindi lang sila familiar.” ????? Is that how u treat ur guests? Lol

Their simple, genuine gestures, from a cheerful "good morning" to always opening the doors with a warm smile, made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. ​The hotel offers fantastic value for money. The room I stayed in is surprisingly spacious, impeccably clean, specifically the pillows and mattresses that are clean and soft. I highly recommend Festive Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and truly hospitable experience around Makati and Manila area. None

Inside has big smart TV you can also connect your phone and enjoy your contents. Bath hup is nice. There are still no cups for suite room as well. As we extend our stay, the hotel team helps us to transfer to our new room. Big thanks. Netflix wasn't working

• Asim (9/5): - Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. They have P500 security deposit. The location is nice. Nearby has 7 eleven and eateries. You can use grab for taxi. In room has kettle but no cups. AC is easy to adjust and works well. We stayed in room 304. It was by the corner WIFI was very bad and also data signal was very low which make our internet access very slow. In room doesn't have hair dryer as described in information about room.

Avoid this 'hotel' should be listed as a hostel! .We were met with unhelpful and disinterested staff from the moment we arrived at reception. Our room was scruffy and depressing with cockroaches, filthy curtains and cracked sink and tiles. We were asked for a deposit on arrival but we had no towels in the room which were sent up later. Noisy and very old air-conditioning. We are easy going travellers, but this was the the worst accommodation we have encountered.

En la habitación había cucarachas. El baño no estaba limpio. El Wi-Fi era horrible, nosotros llegamos sin tener Sim en el móvil y no podíamos hacer nada con el Wifi. Los personales mandaron a mi pareja a cambiar dinero por muy malas zonas a las 8 de la mañana porque no quería poner a cargar el datáfono para que pagásemos con el, se negaron a que pagáramos con tarjeta porque decían que no tenía batería y tuvimos que pagar después de mi pareja pasar bastante miedo por esa zona (incluso los policías le advertían que no estuviese por ahí y que tuviese cuidado) aún con todo esto tuvimos que pagar en dólares por no pagar con tarjeta. Yo me puse mala porque cogí un virus y tuvimos que coger otra noche, nos cobraron el doble y en efectivo de lo que nos costó una noche por Booking . Llegamos un mes de viaje y en todos hemos tenido garrafas de agua potable, aquí te daban un muy pequeña botella de agua y te hacían comprarla en el bar que tenías abajo .
