Otel konum olarak iyi ve temiz, bakimli, personel cok guler yuzlu ve islerinde gayet iyiler. Bavul tasimak ve arabaya yerlestirmek konusunda biraz yalniz kaldik. Yeterli personel yok malesef. Self service hotel diye dusunurseniz iyi, bu sefer de fiyat beklentinin uzerinde kaliyor.

The door of the room isn't sound proof enough which became an issue if you're trying to sleep in the morning while the housekeeping is cleaning the other rooms in the vicinity.

- Rachelle (6/5): - Even though we got the suite, which was a very nice size with fireplace Jacuzzi tub and king size bed, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and the refrigerator did not work at all. The gym was well equipped. Also, the restaurant staff were were very lackadaisical. We ended up eating at a donor kabob within walking distance and had a lovely meal.

- Veli (10/5): Heerlijk genieten. - Een mooi luxe hotel voor een gezin met kinderen. Veel toplocaties op 5-10 met de auto. Ontbijt was goed. Hotelpersoneel aardig en verlenen goede service. Bed kussens waren comfortabel en lekker om te slapen. Nvt

De kamer was ruim, schoon en goed geventileerd Helaas was mijn ervaring met het restaurant van het hotel teleurstellend. Het personeel was niet behulpzaam en de service voldeed absoluut niet aan mijn verwachtingen.

- MARIA-ANGELA (10/5): Bellissimo hotel - Camera ampia, confortevole, elegante. Materasso e cuscini anatomici anti reflusso intestinale, per me che ne soffro sono stati utilissimi! Pulizia impeccabile, cortesia e sorrisi da parte del personale, massima disponibilità in tutto. Buona e varia la prima colazione. Ristorante con menù americano tutto con prodotti sani e biologici.
