There were plenty of things to eat but all substandard. For example, the bread was never fresh. Often the scrambled eggs were cold. Wifi was not good.

The location is excellent, just 5-7 minutes walk from Osmanbay metro station. The rooms were clean and hot water was available all the time. Some slight renovations to the room would have been awesome. However, it doesn't undermine the fact that we had a wonderful stay. N/A

waylet Talea (10/5): - I loved everything in this hotel which my second home considered excellent service and reception staff are excellent especially brother Khalil as well as brother Keenan. As for the hotel owner and manager, she is a great lady and excellent in the management of the hotel, as well as a dear sister to my heart, and I was honored to know her personally. Nothing was there. I didn't like it. It was just wonderful.

Norah (10/5): - الفندق جميل وراقي جدا اللوبي واسع ويفتح النفس الفطور جميل ومتنوع الطاقم رائع جدا جدا ومتعاونين وبشوشين طاقم الاستقبال جدا متفاهمين وخدومين وتم ترقية الغرفة الى سويت كبير نشكرهم أشد الشكر الشخص في الكافيه مرح وخلوق وقهوته لذيذه ادوات الحمام جميلة ومنتقاه من اجود الانواع خدمة التنظيف جدا رائعين يتم تنظيف الغرف بشكل ممتاز الاسرة مريحه جدا موقع الفندق جميل ليس على الشارع الرئيسي لكن قريب جدا من جواهر مول ومن مترو شيشلي ومترو عثمان بيه الغرفه كانت واسعه وجميله جدا اشكر كل العاملين في الفندق وأوصي الجميع به واي زيارات باذن الله متكرره وتمت التوصية عليه
Meteib (8/5): فندق عادي لا ينصح لكبار السن بالسكن لانه على منحدر ويقع في شارع ضيق - فندق لابأس السكن فيه ولكن ليومين فقط والموظفين ودودين وخصوصاً خليل

Yassir (8/5): - J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel ! Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est parfait, proche des transports et des restaurants. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité.

A. Haghighi (7/5): - It is a small and compact hotel, suffering enough space in busy district of Istanbul, just good for business trips and short stay. Hotel is located in a narrow, one way dead-end alley, no parking, small lobby , small rooms and corridors .

Timo (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, leider war der Ausblick des Balkons gegen den Hinterhof gerichtet, somit konnte man diesen nicht genießen. Außerdem war nur 1 Stuhl auf dem Balkon. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Fathi (10/5): - Alles war super und perfekt. 👌 Ich bin zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Raumausstatung, die Betten und Matratzen, das Badezimmer alles ganz super und in Ordnung. Tee und Kaffee und pro Person eine Flasche Mineralwasser jeden Tag gratis im Zimmer beinhaltet. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett, sauber und zuverlässig . Die Empfang Personal an der Rezeption und die Chefin waren sehr lieb, freundlich , hilfsbereit , höflich und kompetent.🥰 Ich und meine Familie sind sehr froh, dass wir ein angenehmes Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gehabt haben. 😍 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 👍 Danke an die gesamte Team 🙏 Es war alles perfekt

Nicka (6/5): It was just ok, but not good value for money. €100 per night we could have stayed at a better hotel. - The location was nice, in a cute quiet cobble stone street. Very close to fancy Nisanstasi neighborhood. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Service was very good. Our room had a nice view. Bed was comfortable. The hotel needs some upgrades. It was clean but felt very old fashioned and out of style. We were staying at another hotel in Taksim area before and compared to the first hotel, the genre of guests were on a whole other level (I don’t mean it in a good way). Breakfast buffet was not good.

Ali (9/5): nice stay, we enjoyed it. - The staff is friendly and helpful. Amer at the reception was very welcoming and helped us a lot in enjoying our trip and getting the best out of it. The hotel doesn't have room service or a dedicated kitchen, we need to order food from outside restaurants, however, the receptionist helped us with nearby restaurants who deliver to the hotel for free.

Gradisnik (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, has very good location in Sisli. To near metro station Osmanbey are few minutes walk. If you arrive with the car, the staff takes care of it and parks it on parking facilities in the near. Rooms are very comfortly and were claned up every day. At my next Istanbul visit this hotel would be the first choise.

The breakfast less than good, the value of money paid to the hotel dose not worth!!! The staffs very helpful. Also, they upgraded our room since a better room was available! Just the guy managing breakfast could be more pleasant.
