- Tom (9/5): Beautiful view, perfect apartment. - everything about apartment: beautiful view, cleanliness, surrounding, facilities, quietness. It was not in description, but every city in Switzerland offers city card for everyone who pays city tax, free of charge, which is also applicable for this property. It could be easily arranged by the property and would facilitate stay of guests. A small effort of the property would result in big advantage for a guest. Pity they don't do this.

- Giuseppe (3/5): - The location of the apartment: Quite place Lake view The apparent was very poorly quality and mantainace: 1) Shower wall of partilly off rail (attached only on the top part) 2) One slifing door of the wardrobe off rail too, which get stuck 3) Faulty bootom drawer of chest of drawers 4) Kitchens poorly equipped 5) TV channels manly in French with few (one or two) channels in German, Spanish, English and not in Italian.

Вода погано стікає в умивальнику та душовій кабіні. Також заважало відпочивати та спати вночі постійне гудіння холодильника. Шкода, що в апарт-отелі немає ніякої можливості залишити речі після 10.00 ранку.

Nécessité d'appeler Visionapartement pour l'obtenir, code transmis erroné et nom demandé pour l'obtention du code d'accès était en fait le prénom mais comment le deviner...!

Muren en schilderwerk viezig, gordijn ging niet makkelijk dicht, er was een plank in de kast kapot maar ineens was ie gemaakt. Er is dus iemand binnen geweest. Niet echt relaxed.

- Marta (5/5): Casa boa, serviço péssimo. - Localização é boa Infelizmente o anfitrião não cumpriu os mínimos, após recusarem check out depois das 10h, entram-me pelo quarto às 9h para limpeza. No primeiro dia avariou a lâmpada da casa de banho, pedi para reparar, disseram-me que durante o dia iria lá o técnico. Ninguém apareceu. Estive toda a estadia sem luz na casa de banho, duche, lavar os dentes a cara e tudo o resto... No escuro. Não sao flexiveis para com os clientes mas tambem não cumprem as obrigacoes.

Cependant, à notre arrivée tardive sur place, nous n’avons pas pu accéder au bâtiment, les codes d’accès ne nous ayant jamais été transmis. Sans réponse de vos services malgré nos tentatives de contact, nous avons été contraints de trouver un hôtel afin de ne pas passer la nuit dehors. Ce n’est que le lendemain que nous avons finalement reçu les codes d’accès. La chambre avait une forte odeur de cigarette et le réglage du chauffage également n'était pas possible. Cela fait désormais un mois que cet incident s’est produit, et nous n’avons reçu aucun retour de votre part concernant le remboursement de cette nuit, ni même un message d’excuse malgré nos relances par mail.

- DJSB (8/5): Great flat, great view, very good value for money - 5 minutes walk from train station, comfortable bed, quiet residential area, quick check-in process (its the 2nd number pad by the actual door, not the first one on the street!), building has a lift; Great view from the south facing balcony, of gargens, lake and mountain. Coffee machine needed filters and ground coffee - not provided - so no coffee when only there for a short stay.

- Marina (4/5): Deberían de arreglar varias cosas… - La ubicación Para empezar se escuchaban todas las tuberías cada noche un ruido fuerte que me despertaba, yo estaba en el bajo y escuchaba a todo el mundo que pasaba por ahí, encima por la noche la gente movían las sillas que pesan y hace mucho ruido. En la ducha se salía todo el rato el mango y se caían piezas, mi novio lo arreglaba todo el tiempo, al abrir la ventana se salió la brida de arriba. En la ducha en una esquina estaba rota la baldosa y yo sin verlo me rajé la parte de atrás del pie y vi las estrellas…. Las paredes son huecas… en fin muchas cosas a mejorar

- Evita (8/5): Amazing location, pleasant stay - Amazing location, clean apartment, everyday items available (dishes, cutlery, pots, towels, soaps). Very thin walls, noise from other apartments. No way to control heating, so during colder days the apartment gets very cold.
- XIU (10/5): Perfect experience with kitchen - There's no breakfast offered, but they have a kitchen and refrigerator, so we can store food there and make them ourselves. They also offer several tablewares so that we have no worries about it. We spend a great time in the resident. Our room is on the first floor, so it's easy for us to carry luggages. If the resident can offer some basic staff for toiletries, I will be appreciative.
