• Voyagers55 (10/5): Ein wahrhaft paradiesischer Aufenthalt - Die Lage dieses Hotels ist einzigartig in Ägypten, das Essen vielfältig und lecker und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist absolut top. Die Vegetation in der Anlage ist paradiesisch, auch unter der Prämisse dass man sich mitten in der Wüste befindet. Wir werden irgendwann wieder kommen, wie viele ander Besucher auch, von einem älteren tschechischen Ehepaar hörten wir, dass sie bereits zum 32. Mal hier sind, das zeigt, ohne große Worte, wie schön es dort ist. Leider hat sich auch nach Jahren das Problem mit den vielen Katzen nicht gebessert, sie dringen in Zimmer ein und selbst im Speisebereich und manchmal sogar auf den Tischen sind sie anzutreffen. Und gefühlt werden es immer mehr, das Management will das nicht ändern. Die Animationen am Activity-Pool sind mit extrem hoher Lautstärke und wummernden Bässen verbunden, hier würde eine Drosselung auf die Hälfte auch genügen um zu animieren. Ein Paradoxum in meinen Augen, die Stille der Wüstenlage und dann dieser Künstlich erzeugte Lärm. Und wir sind mit diesen Meinungen nicht allein.

• Simone (10/5): Sehr schöne Anlage und gutes Esssen. - Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen. Eine grüne Oase in der Wüste. Sehr freundliches Personal und riesige Auswahl an sehr guten Speisen. Großes Sportangebot. Der Strand ist nicht sehr einladend, die Liegen stehen zu eng. Yoga, Pilates und diverse Gymnastikangebote sind nicht alle qualitativ zu empfehlen, da die Artisten des Unterhaltungsprogrammes die Kurse anbieten. Faszientraining z.B.wurde völlig vom Trainer völlig gelangweilt und niveaulos dargeboten. Der Trainer eines Pilateskurses hat 20 Minuten nur Bauch in einer Pose trainiert und ist auch nicht auf unterschiedliche Niveaus eingegangen. Das geht deutlich besser!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, das Entainment Team samt der Tänzer waren sehr, sehr gut und das gesamte Personal Mega freundlich und top.

• Gerda (10/5): Green oasis in the middle of a desert - First of all, the place is very well planned. The feeling is that you live in a village rather than in a big resort. Tiny houses spread in a territory, surrounded by cozy pathways, patios, bridges and well designed lighting. Tons of mature greenary - palms, different kinf of flowers, green grass. Territory is always filled with local birds and randomly spread cats which adds extra cuteness and makes you feel that you stay in a real oasis in the middle of rough desert. Beach is very cozy, directly connected to the resort, snorkeling and diving in a super impressive reef is in a hotel territory. Almost all activities are included in the hotel price like kayaks, sups, tennis lessons, nordic walking etc. You may experience almost all the most popular egiptian activities barely leaving the hotel. -

• 302maikeb (10/5): We truly unwinded (even with young kids)! - A very nice and beautiful place where we truly unwinded. Yes, even with (young) children ;) Truly everything has been thought of and is available. We enjoyed the heated baby pool, the fitness center, the delicious food, the super friendly staff, the sunset on the beach, the playgrounds, the mini disco, the beautiful gardens, and of course, the sun. A special shout-out to the ladies from the Mymo mini club. What lovely and warm leaders, with also sense of humor. And super fun activities like making bracelets, photo frames from flowers they picked themselves, looking for crabs on the beach, making masks, making crowns. Our son chose to join in every single day.

• Y7259PTkatym (10/5): Loving our Magic Life - This is our second visit to 'Magic Life Kalawy - previously in June 2024, and we said then it was so good, we wauld return. So we did and this time we were even more impressed for lots of reasons 1. Food in all the restaurants - Improved all round - much bigger and better selection - a Vegetarian and a Vegan and we were never went hungry- ( as some reviews would have you believe!!) 2. Grounds and gardens. They are beautiful and inspiring and a joy to behold and walk around - Gold Star to the gardening team 3. Room - always well maintained and cleaned and worth paying extra for a stunning sea view room. 4. Staff - The Kalawy Team - from arrival to departure, everyone we encountered were professional, friendly and really enhanced the whole experience. Huge shout out and thanks to Farid Abouzid our Beach Bar waiter - Professional, friendly and just a lovely happy person - can't praise him enough. 5. Facilities - so many - so always something on offer and from early morning to late at night. Finally we will be returning and we will. be recommending to friends and family- which is the best recommendation of all.

• nicolacZ2839PV (8/5): A lot of flys but still a nice hotel - We have just came back from a two week holiday me and my partner. The hotel is a lovely clean hotel food caters for everyone. Staff do work hard. The downside of the holiday was the flys they spoilt it a bit for us. There was so many around the pool and at the beach and in the restaurant. I’ve never been on a holiday where flys are on you constantly on you. We didn’t think to bring fly spray as I had read all reviews and not one mentioned flys being bad. I would also like to add the gardens are amazing and well kept.

My wife & I brought our two 15 year old sons out for Feb half term week. The hotel and general set up is fantastic. The staff are so friendly a cannot do enough for you. The bedrooms are comfortable, the hotel is kept immaculate and the food was 10/10, from breakfast to lunch to dinner, it was exceptional. The padel boarding is also good fun. Generally a lovely relaxed week with fantastic weather.

• agnieszkajD1974TQ (10/5): Kids club was amazing! - We spent 10 wonderful days at TUI Magic Life Kalawy, and the Kids Club was absolutely amazing. The ladies working there have an incredible approach to children. Our two daughters (7 and 4 years old) were always happy and excited to stay under the care of all the caregivers. Every single day there were creative activities, arts and crafts, picnics, games, workshops, and animations. You could clearly see how much heart, energy, and passion the team put into creating fun and engaging activities for the kids. Despite the language barrier (our children speak Polish, and only the older one understands a bit of English), the girls understood everything perfectly and felt very comfortable. Special thanks to Viktoriia, who seems to speak all the languages in the world 😊 In addition to daily activities, the Kids Club organized shared breakfasts and dinners for children, which was fantastic. During that time, parents could enjoy a peaceful meal together while the kids ate with their caregivers. From Monday to Saturday there was a Mini Disco — great music, amazing energy, and fantastic hosts, especially Maja and Viktoriia. Absolutely brilliant! These were the best holidays of our lives, and we are 100% sure we will come back next year. As a bonus, our older daughter even learned a few German words! Highly recommended — a truly unforgettable experience for both kids and parents.

• Dominik (6/5): Preis / Leistungsmäßig gibt es im Raum Hurghada vermutlich besseres - die sehr weitläufige Anlage mit viel Grün und sehr vielen Katzen (leider zu viele) große Auswahl in den verschiedenen Restaurants sehr freundliches Personal viele Pools, viele sportliche Aktivitäten werden angeboten mit etwas Glück bekommt man auch in den oberen Etagen Besuch von Katzen das besch... WLAN das ich jemals hatte, selbst mit der SIM Karte hatte ich teilweise kein Netz. irgendetwas zu streamen war kaum möglich obwohl von Hotel offiziell nicht gestattet, werden viele Liegen schon am frühen morgen reserviert leider viel zu viele Katzen die zwar gefüttert und laut Hotel auch tierärztlich versorgt werden aber wegen der großen Anzahl gab es leider des öfteren heftige Auseinandersetzungen sehr viele Fliegen (Fliegenklatsche nicht vergessen) Hotel liegt, wie fast alle Resorts am Roten Meer, mitten im Nirgendwo. zum Flughafen ist es selbst mit Taxi 70 Minuten für die 80 km obwohl in der ganzen Anlage Behälter für Plastik, Metall, Glas und Papier gibt wird kein Müll getrennt da alles in einen Müllsack kommt

Room 16007. The cleaner Sayeed was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean and he came in every day. He really was an amazing worker. Thanks again. The food was excellent. So much choice. Always hot(when it was meant to be!) The chefs did a brilliant job. The waiting staff in the main restaurant were friendly and efficient. We did aqua cycling with Pavla twice a day. What an excellent trainer. So encouraging and so good at remembering everyone's names. Quite an achievement! She told us she is leaving in February but may be back after the summer. What a loss to your hotel. The reception staff were so polite and helpful. The bar staff were great too. I have never stayed anywhere so clean. Every need and more are catered for. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much for everything.

Beautiful ccoral reef for snorkeling. beautiful gardens with exceptional work from the gardening team (a bit loud in the morning!) very clean in general The shows were very poor (better to do less artistic and more participative as it is very repetitive). 4 Members of the waiters staff were often rude or never smiling (in lobby bar mainly). Swimming pool cleanliness (water left suspect traces on white Tshirts) a lot of flies this year around the pool and in dining areas. The shops are awful, dishonest prices that turns down any wish to shop.

A special mention goes to the entertainer Pavla. She is very warm, professional, and brings such positive energy to the guests. You can really tell that she enjoys what she does, and she makes the atmosphere even better. Overall, a wonderful stay with a great vibe. We would definitely come back.

Hotel Really Decorated the Theme of Xmas, Weird that we Celebrated Xmas on Xmas Eve & Christmas Day was a Usaul Day. New Years Meal was Fanastic, Every Countrys Tastes at our Choice, then Drinks & Party. Hotel put Stage out & Dance Floor, Nice All Nations came together to Drink & Party. We Really Enjoyed Doing our Own thing, BUT Sadly the Hotel Favours the Germans more than Other Nationalitys With its Isolated Location, All the Secuirity Points,Towers, Walls, Feels very much like a Consentration Camp, Egypt is Safe & been travelling here for Years We was Told By Variuos Life Guards to Stop That, No Laughing, Messing in Pools Don't Do That, No... but We Observed Germans doing the Same & Allowed...which was a Shame. We Enjoyed Ourselves, Eat, Drunk & Enjoyed the Egyptian Weather & Culture, But Sadly will not Return to this Hotel... Stick with Hotels Closer to Hurghada

• 517reemm (10/5): Wonderful - Cant recommend this place enough! The mymo club is by far the best, it gives the kids a memorable experience and always has us looking forward to the next time we go. Amazing atmosphere, great quality, the kids cluh is out of this world.
• 582ammis (10/5): Great training and instructors. - We just spent two weeks in Tui Magic Life Kalawy and we had an amazing trip! There are so many amazing activities to do and I really want to recommend the cykling - both in, and out of the water with Pavla! She is a fantastic instructor and very inspiring. I also attended Zumba, Step up and Trampoline training with Nuria - another amazing instructor! Both Pavla and Nuria were fantastic individuals that made our stay very memorable. The entire entertainment team and all the dancers were very professional and made all of us have a great time! This is a hotel I highly recommend and I will definitely book more visits at Tui magic Life Hotels!
• donnfam (10/5): Heaven heaven heaven - This complex is stunning . The staff are wonderful the food is immense and plentiful. Everything is included and I mean everything ! . The tui trips are very very reasonable booked in the lobby. Entertainment is brilliant. The drinks are REAL ALCOHOL . I got drunk after 3 pinicoladas . Snorkeling is minblowing and no need for life vests the sea holds you up impossible to drown .a few niggle bits . Be prepared for the scammers around the pool. A firm NO every time they approach you will be fine. Anything ( and I mean anything ) you pay for HAGGLE HAGGLE HAGGLE. in the markets.the day trips anything. The first price they quote is double they will accept. Chilli tours is great but HAGGLE HAGGLE. His day trip to luxor is good but when the guide stops at his mates shop expect to pay £40 for a cheap Chinese knock off bit of tat . The rooms are spacious and comfy with safes and irons . The cleaners are friendly lots of cats some friendly some not.the pools are massive and warm . Easy to navigate . I want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone involved. One last thing . When out and about in Egypt no one AND I MEAN NO ONE will do anything for you for free. If you ask a local to take a picture of you it'll cost £5 . If you ask a local to open a door for you £4. And finally remember this..IN EGYPT IF YOU TOUCH IT YOU BOUGHT IT . GOOD LUCK . OUT.

• andrepU2965SD (10/5): Superb holiday - Wonderful hotel from the minute we arrived we got a very warm welcome. This has to be the best hotel we have stayed in Egypt the cocktails are fantastic and the staff are extremely vigilant as soon as you finish they offer another all are extremely friendly. The restaurant is absolutely immaculate so much variety on offer from breakfast lunch and dinner each visit was absolutely superb. It’s clear the restaurant team take extreme pride in what they can offer. The bedrooms were kept clean to a high standard throughout our stay with towel art which made our stay personal such a friendly team nothing was to much trouble. The pools were kept immaculate and the beach was racked each day . This has to be the best hotel we have stayed and for that reason we have already booked twice for next year.

• MrLunt (10/5): 2nd time here - still amazing - Spent 2 weeks here, room 10006, close to everything, main restaurant staff (on the right) our amazing, they are always friendly and remember what drinks you ordered (nice touch), lots to choose from for breakfast,lunch and evening meal. Entertainment team work so hard.
• Christoph (7/5): Klasse Anlage aber nichts drum rum - Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles alles ist sauber und in der Anlage gibt es diverse Freizeitangebote, auch am Essen gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Anlage liegt mitten im Nirgendwo. Daher beschränken sich die Aktivitäten fast ausschließlich auf den Hotel-Komplex. Es werden zwar Ausflüge angeboten, diese schlagen aber noch mal ordentlich in die Urlaubskasse und man hat lange Fahrzeiten. Ein weiterer negativ-punkt ist das schlechte W-lan. Auf meinem Zimmer war es nicht zu empfangen und wenn man Zugang hat ist es sehr langsam.

• Pioneer10302741579 (10/5): TUI MAGIC LIFE Kalawy November-December Review - Recently went to Magic life Kalawy for two weeks, and when I tell you we have the most magical, incredible experience ever we truly truly did, words can't describe how incredible this place and everyone is. The food was incredible every single day, brand new food was there, we never got bored at all the food was fresh and just overall incredible. The hotel room was spectacular, when ever you needed anything the staff were there to help you, the rooms were clean and fresh, and the room staff are spectacular especially creating creatures/animals out of pillows, towels and a lot more! It was just amazing. The views you get as well whether it's from the pool, or beach was just breath-taking, I woke up every morning to watch the sunrise and it was just astonishing. The staff were incredible, whether it was the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff they were all incredible and we will never forget them and our experience. The restaurant staff went above and beyond for myself and my family, they were like family to us, unbelievably friendly and so kind and respectful we had so much fun and laughing constantly with them will absolutely be going back for sure one of the staff who just made our day every single day was Mohamed Nasib, he was just absolutely incredible so friendly and loving and always asking how we are and how our days have been, made myself smile every single day without fail, he will be missed so much by me and my family absolutely incredible. I also would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to one of the entertainment team members, Sean you were absolutely incredible, words can't describe how you made me and my family feel we are so thankful to have met you and to play games and chat with you and also to see you perform and just shine makes me so happy and so proud of someone. I'm forever grateful to have met you, Sean is one of the most amazing human beings I've ever met in my entire life, always smiling, laughing no matter what. His energy is so positive and inspiring he will be missed so so so much, he truly has no idea how much he means to us, every single day he has made us feel better and better and we didn't want to leave, that's how much he has done for myself and my family. He goes above and beyond for people making them smile and laugh no matter what. He is truly one of a kind and we are so thankful for him and so grateful to have spent the time we did while we were there.
