Our issues included 1) Multiple cockroaches in our room 2) The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and the hair of the previous occupant was all around the floor 3) one towel for two guests 4) no shampoo 5) very bad breakfast, all foods low quality 6) the staff were unfriendly and could barely speak English

- Svetlana (2/5): Шумный, грязный номер, но с вежливым персоналом на ресепшен. - Персонал на ресепшен, очень вежливый, стремится помочь и вникнуть в проблемы постояльцев. Вид из окна номера на город, ночью красиво светиться колесо обозрения. Грязь, чужой волос на полу в сан узле, грязный унитаз в подтеках, грязная раковина. Были держатели для стакана и мыльницы но мыльницы и самого стакана не было. Душевая протекает на пол сан узла, все щели где затирка, грязные вызывают отвращение и нежелание пользоваться душевой кабинкой. В сан узле было 2 лампочки одна из них работала. О состоянии номера в день заезда сообщила в рецепшен, нам обещали убрать, но так этого не сделали. За 2 ночи проживания ни разу не убирались. На каждого человека было 2 полотенца, тапочки, но не было халатов. В номере было холодно и дуло из окна, которое было с трещиной и створка, которая открывалась, не плотно прилегала, из-за чего был сквозняк и шум с улицы. Одеяла были в пятках, ими неприятно было пользоваться. В номере был только чайник, не бакалов не ложек не было. Когда кипятили воду в чайнике, она пахла металлическим запахом. Воды питьевой не в номере, не в отлете бесплатной не было. Был бар в лобби где ее можно было купить. Нет шумоизоляции в номере, соседей слышно как они разговаривают очень отчетливо, их было слышно даже в коридоре на этаже. Если Ваши соседи не ложатся рано спать и очень разговорчивые, вы их будите слышать очень хорошо, не нужно даже напрягаться что бы разобрать слова. В самом лобби общественный туалет, с грязным унитазом от ржавчины, один кнар у раковины не работает, не работают сушилки для рук, не работал один из двух дозаторов для мыла. Сам отель находится близко от остановки общественного транспорта, но пользоваться вы им не сможете если у вас нет карты специальной для оплаты за проезд, ее можно оформить в метро.

- Explore49328354132 (2/5): Warning: Fraudulent Hotel – Avoid at All Costs - Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. I had a fully prepaid reservation through an agency, but upon arrival, the staff claimed it was “cancelled” and demanded an additional $250 to check in. This scam was happening to every single guest that day — conveniently during a major event (JLo’s concert), likely so they could double-charge tourists. We waited two hours with my young daughter, missed our plans, and were treated with complete disrespect. Staff mocked our passports, lied about reservation numbers, and were openly rude. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was organized fraud. Other travelers confirmed similar experiences across the city, but this hotel was by far the worst. As a well-traveled US citizen, I’ve never encountered this level of dishonesty or customer abuse. This place should be blacklisted. Do not book here. Ever.

On the day of the booking also I called them saying what time we will come for check in and the lady said she can see my booking. We travel 2.5 hours to reach Yerevan and then the RUDEST receptionist I have seen in my life says” oh you booked, good. But rooms are full” Please tell me the logic? What’s the point of booking? We went as a family, and we struggled a loooottt to find a hotel for that night, as all the hotels in Yerevan were booked for the night. All because of poorly managed team in the Nairi hotel.

Electricity problem. Room facilities very bad. Receptionist person are not helpful for foreigner and at last breakfast very very bad. Don’t have water, juice any type of normal drinks they don’t provide.

And since i came no one clean our rooms even today i requested the housekeeper to clean and she asked to keep the key in reception i left it at 9:30am and i came back to hotel at 7:20pm and no one cleaned it!! When i complained they simply said no housekeeper now and no solution for anything

The bed mattress was worn out and the springs poked into our bodies. The shower and toilet flush were broken, and everything felt old and outdated. The breakfast was the worst, there was almost nothing available, and only after much insistence did they give us a few boiled eggs. Overall, not recommended unless you’re only looking for a cheap place to stay.

- Hatem (7/5): “Ok” stay - “AWESOME” price - Staff is very nice and helpful and really play a great rule in enhancing the stay. For the amount of money I paid, I can’t complain much. It was a more than fair deal. It’s just you need to know that it’s such an exhausted property and VERY basic breakfast. But again, with its price, I could save a lot and use this money for other expenses in the city and use the place just to sleep.
