Would recommend to anyone seeking a more intimate vacation than what is offered by the all-inclusive hotels near by. Other residence were friendly and polite.

Verified traveler (8/5): - It was nice, I did not realize this is a condo complex and you are rending someone's condo. They were big and clean. Two bedrooms and two baths. We did not need it but if you wanted it cleaned while you were there that would be extra and the electric was charged in addition to the fees paid online, like $25 for 3 days (cash only) and we were being frugal with the lights and AC. Pool was kind of cloudy so we did not use them. There was a nearby store that was very handy. The beachside bar was good and had food. All in all it was good and I would go there again.

Jacob (6/5): Nice condo, don't go during "Seaweed Season" - Please be aware of "Seaweed Season". This is not a fault of the condo, but I think guests should be made aware of the situation with the option to reschedule during non-seaweed season. The ocean was completely inaccessible and the smell was overwhelming, making it impossible to spend time on the beach. This limits what you can do in Punta Cana. The condo itself was nice and in a great location. There was construction going on, making it not so relaxing. The condo could have used some upgrades as certain things were showing signs of wear and tear. Overall, it was clean, aside from hair in the shower, which was off putting. Anywhere you stay in DR, you have to pay for electricity. DON'T run it all day. We only ran it at night while we slept, it was very efficient and kept the place cool for hours after turning it off. We stayed 5 days and our electric bill was only $35. I recommend doing a lot of research on Punta Cana before committing to a vacation here.

I will definitely stay here again. Maria was fantastic in helping me with the few questions I had, and was very personable and kind and helpful in every regard. Enough!! canestevez (4/5): - The woman at the front desk did not speak english (thank god my husband speaks spanish). She told us that you have to pay for electricity separately which was never mentioned in this listing and cost us an additional $100 for two nights. I was then going back and forth with expedia over 4 different conversations, waiting and wasting about 2 hours to resolve the problem. The air conditioning didn't work in two of the bedrooms, we had no hot water (yes-we turned it on), water smelled funny and did not drain properly in shower and sinks. The beach is covered in seaweed- that they do try to clean up but is so overwhelming that you cannot swim and pools were cloudy. Property is run down and hardly what is pictured. Food/drinks at the restaurant are overpriced, I suggest you bring your own or plan on eating outside.
Josefina (8/5): Stay w/friends - Everything was great, the only reason I gave a less of excellent was because, breakfast should not be included in the offer. There was no gas to cook the breakfast and the personnel was not there to serve you on time. Besides from that, the location,condition,staff and facilities were great. Nice beach and swimming pool.
Yair (6/5): - They literally charge for electricity / power. $5-25 a day depending on usage. I'm not making this up. I pay anywhere from $40-80 a month in my 1200 sqft condo in the USA, but somehow 2 days in the property could rack up a bill more than one month of usage at my condo.

The best of our experience was the service that Maria (property manager) gave us during our stay She was helping us with the tours, guiding where to eat and shop, making reservations for the transportation from/to airport. We recommend this place specially if you have family and want to relax.
