• Michal (5/5): - Ubytování odpovídalo očekávání. Na dovolte to není, na přespání pár nocí mezi prohlídkami Berlína v pohodě. Parking v areálu, není potřeba eko známka.

• JohannesOnTour (7/5): Rudimentär, aber für eine Nacht prima - Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig erreichbar und fährt auch früh morgens alle 20 Minuten. Perfekt für einen 6 Uhr Flug. Die Pension ist recht alt und nicht sehr luxuriös. Trotzdem ist alles super sauber und für eine Nacht ist es prima. Auf jeden Fall die günstigste Unterkunft in Flughafennähe. Die Heizungsrohre poltern nachts etwas.
• Margaret (7/5): Für meine Zwecke - jemanden früh am Flughafen abzuholen, war es ausreichend. - Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und eine Besserung war die Bereitstellung eigenes Geschirr und Besteck. Einiges ist in die Jahre gekommen: z.B. die Fenster. Die Steppdecke hat bei diesem Wetter gereicht, ist aber zu wenig für kalte Nächte.

• Alain Borgel (9/5): Bien - Grande chambre petit frigo ,lit de vaisselles par chambre , proche du métro ( 500m) Salle de bain,cuisine et toilette partagés, toujours propre.calme ,parking 2 € a chaque sortie. La réception me donne des jetons. Je suis resté 4 jours pas de ménage ou changé les serviettes, vider la poubelle la tv ne fonctionne pas ( pas grave c est en allemand, )il y a une pizzeria a côté de la réception à éviter ,je suis rentré personne ne s occupe de vous et la propreté est plus que douteuse ( j ai mis un commentaire avec photos dans Google) Il y a pas très loin un aldi

• Linda (9/5): Igazán kellemes meglepetés - Jó helyen van, közel a reptér és a város is jól megközelíthető. Minden van a szobában, ami kell, még tányérok és poharak is. Vízforraló a konyhában. Tisztaság mindenhol. Tágas a szoba. A női wc nagyon kicsi és a női zuhany nem folyt le.

• Giovanni (9/5): Comfy and close to the airport, metro station at 100 meters - very close o the airport and fair prices for an accommodation in Berlin, excellent. The bathroom being in a separate room, but for the price I believe it's fair, not a big deal actually.

Yataklar rahat, çarşaflar temiz. Otel odasında soğuk bir mini bar bile vardı, bu ihtiyacı olanlar için oldukça önemli. Fiyat performans açısından en kaliteli oteller arasında bulunuyor. Otelde elim kanadığında ve ihtiyacım olduğunda ilk yardım kiti bulamadım, Resepsiyon o saatte kapalıydı. Daha ulaşılabilir bir ilk yardım kiti olmasını dilerdim.
• ayse bozat (7/5): Kısa süreli konaklamalar için tavsiye ederim. Tam fiyat performans - Tesis konum olarak çok iyi. S bahn a 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve burada netto, aldi marketler var. Havalimanına gitmek için çok iyiydi. Pansiyon eski ama çok temiz, böyle bir temizlik şaşırttı beni. Çarşaflar da tertemizdi, bu benim için önemli. Temizlik görevlisine ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Çok titiz çalışıyor. Hemen yanındaki arsaya arabayı park ettik bu da çok konforlu oldu. Mutfak olması ve tüm aletlerin sorunsuz çalışmasını da beğendik, akşam yemeğimizi ve sabah kahvaltımızı rahatlıkla hazırladık. Koridorda yoğun bir koku var. Rutubet kokusu. Ama odalarda yok. Banyo tuvalet dışarda, ortak kullanım. Kısa süreli kalınacaksa kesinlikle fiyat performans. Tavsiye ederim.

• Valentina (3/5): Non lo raccomando - La posizione Avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale e ci hanno dato due letti singoli uniti, per cui era scomodo dormire insieme. Il bagno è esterno e lontanissimo dalle stanze, per cui andare la notte era un’odissea. La cosa peggiore è stato che durante tutta la notte c’erano delle gocce provenienti da tubature interne che non hanno fatto altro che cadere una dopo l’altra molto rumorosamente. Non tornerò, non vale la pena, attorno ci sono dei posti che con prezzi più bassi danno camere che sono migliori.

• monika (3/5): - das personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. sehr sauber. standards wie in den 50-ger jahren. es ist eine frechheit, dafür auch noch geld zu verlangen. alles sehr abgewohnt. es stank permanent nach plasten und elasten aus schkopau und ddr desinfektions-und klebemitteln. die lüftung was miserabel, es stank auch nach verbranntem essen, überhaupt nach essen. die heizung wurde von 22-5 uhr runter gedreht und war lauwarm, bei minusgraden! nie wieder.

• Imke (10/5): - Unterkunft ideal für die Übernachtung vor dem Abflug am BER. An der S Bahn gelegen, nur 3 Stationen vom Flughafen entfernt. Auto kann auf Parkplatz bleiben für 4 Euro die Nacht. Sauber, praktisch eingerichtet.
• William Bweupe (3/5): - One member of staff by the name James was very friendly and helpful, And provided the information to us, My room was not cleaned for 7 days entire stay reason I don't know, on third day of my stay I visited the reception to ask why my room was not cleaned, the response was maybe there is do not disturb on your door. I requested we have someone to clean it never happened up to the last day we checked out, Yet we saw other rooms been cleaned, It could be the racism issues, the bed booked was a double I was provided with a small single bed with claim that I was upgraded, rubbish upgrade i never requested for, Yet fellow whites were given a double bed and I saw them when house keeper was cleaning the rooms toilets and showers were clean, the kitchen was very good, the place is good when you have early flight.

• Kelly (9/5): Excelente calidad - precio. - Estaba todo limpio, tienes cocina, duchas , baño , toallas a disposición lo recomiendo y además a 5 minutos está el tren que conecta con el centro de la ciudad. Entraba mucha luz por las ventanas, y nos pusieron al lado del ingreso y toda la noche escuchabas a la gente llegar o ruidos.

In unserem Fall für eine einmalige Übernachtung wegen Ausfall einer Flugreise ab BER mit Ersatzflug am Folgetag. Gut erreichbar per Taxi (ca. 20 Euro) oder ÖVPN (Straßenbahn + Fußweg).

Fotos sind die Richtigen und die Beschreibung zur Nähe des Flughafens stimmt auch (3 S Bahnhaltestellen, 11min). Toiletten und Duschen (Gemeinschaft) sehr modern und sauber! Check-In jederzeit an einem Automaten (1min) möglich. Gern wieder…!

• Mattis (8/5): Très bonne surprise pour un très bon prix si le voidin est silencieux - Grande chambre, grand lit, meuble pour ranger des affaires, plein d'équipement si on souhaite rester plus longtemps, proximité Isolation phonique, mon voisin a laissé la télévision allumé jusqu'à mon départ ( chambre 605)
