Also on requesting an iron in my room I was informed that the staff could unlock the ironing room and I would have to take my ironing there to do.

Es gibt wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt.

Das Hotel selbst ließ kaum Wünsche offen, unser Zimmer (danke für das Upgrade!), der Wellnessbereich, Frühstück und Abendessen waren großartig. Vielen Dank auch dem freundlichen Personal! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bei dem Preis wäre ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer schön gewesen (auf Nachfrage haben wir aber einen bekommen) ebenso wie inkludierte Getränke bei der Nachmittagsjause (z.B. Kaffee oder Wasser). Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

- Anne (10/5): Wohlfühlhotel - Ein wundervolles Hotel, wir waren absolut begeistert. Wer unbeschwerte Urlaubstage in einem sehr gepflegten Wohlfühlambiente verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Einmal angekommen, möchte man das Hotel am liebsten gar nicht mehr verlassen. Der Wellnessbereich ist unglaublich schön und hochwertig angelegt, auf den Bildern kann man dies nur erahnen. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Seilbahn zum Skigebiet erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Dieses Hotel können wir ohne jede Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. In diesem Hotel hat uns Alles gefallen.

Having a dressing room in the accommodation was incredibly helpful, especially with all the ski equipment. Breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. The spa facilities were one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. Highly recommend the facial treatments, which were top-notch. The lobby area felt very unwelcoming and cold atmosphere in the evenings. The fireplace, which was supposed to create a cozy ambiance, was never lit. Instead, the atmosphere was uninviting. The addition of extra tables in the lobby area made dining there unpleasant. There was constant movement and a lack of comfort due to the busyness and noise.

Od lat wracamy tutaj ze względu na fenomenalne SPA, przepyszną kuchnię i spokój, jaki daje formuła Adult Only. Ogromne brawa dla całej obsługi za ich życzliwość i profesjonalizm. Czujemy się tutaj zaopiekowani w każdym calu. Do zobaczenia za rok!

- Isabelle (9/5): Wir fanden es wunderschön und es sind wirklich nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern kann, wirkliche Empfehlung - Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern vor allem der ungarische Kellner beim Abendessen und Tobias (!!!) an der Rezeption sehr super, ebenso die Hauptkellnerin beim Frühstück; tolle, großräumige und gemütliche Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, fantastisches Gängemenü am Abend, wunderschönes Spa mit Außenpool, Skikeller, parken in der Tiefgarage oder auch außen viele Parkplätze. Sehr Hunde – freundlich. Tolles Buffet bei der Nachmittagsjause, sehr gemütliche Lobby. Nur ganz wenig weil es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen hat : Kaffeemaschine, Teekocher, Minibar fehlt in den Zimmern, das Abendessen war hier und da überwürzt und kam zu schnell, die Geschäftsführung war für ein Ski - Hotel in dieser Klasse zu wenig sichtbar und man wurde persönlich nicht begrüßt was wir von anderen Hotels anders kennen. Leider war der Kamin in der Lobby nicht an. :( die Band an.

- Miriam (10/5): Der perfekte Ort für eine weihnachtliche Flitterwoche - Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Service. Das Essen, der Spabereich und die Zimmerausstattung sind besonders erwähnenswert. Die Lage ist für Skifahrer und Wanderer perfekt. Wir würden das Hotel sofort jedem weiterempfehlen und hoffen, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.

- Dorene (10/5): - Beautiful well-maintained property with friendly staff. Near train station and close to gondola. Fantastic breakfast too. The towels weren’t as fluffy or soft as expected.

Man kann die Zwit hier sehr geniessen In der Zwischensaison wird im Ort mitunter selbst das nicht geboten, was laut Internet offen sein sollte. Wanderwege sind sehr schlecht markiert. Beides hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Allerdings war auch dort eine leichte Saisonmüdigkeit zu spüren. In der Hauptsaison sieht es da ganz anders aus. Und wenn man den Nachtportier im Neuhaus braucht und nicht erreichen kann, dann ist das…. zumindest ärgerlich.

- William (9/5): Excellent hotel. - Good location, close to train station and bus stop for most buses to get to start of walks. Excellent breakfast. The WiFi was not the best.
- Franz (8/5): - Sehr gut und reichlich. Von 7:00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr perfekt. Keine ala Kart Gerichte für Haus Gäste die aus Gesundheitsgründen kein 5 Gänge Menü essen können. Wir hätten ein Essen teilen können hätten aber für 2 Personen voll bezahlen müßen. Es gab zum Glück genug andere Restaurant .

- yosef (10/5): אין שום ספק שנחזור לאוסטריה ונחזור לשם. - הספא הטוב ביותר שראיתי מעודי. היחס מעולה הארוחות נהדרות החדר מרווח וטוב ואין ספק שנחזור. כמו כן, ללא ילדים. הכל אהבנו
