• Gilda (10/5): We hope to go back again! - Daily housekeeping service. Big chain hotels don't give you daily housekeeping unless you're there more than 3 days. Sinks are very small

• Taber (10/5): Definitely Returning - The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location to the boardwalk. very nice grounds. Staff was very helpful allowed us to come in early and upgraded our room. We will definitely return. I would have appreciated a small detailed map of the roads around the area and highlights of where things were.
• Leslie (10/5): So happy to have found this motel. - Wonderful and beautiful place. We can't say enough about this gem. We are so happy and will be coming here several times a year. This is a great place everyone was very accommodating and super friendly. We will definitely refer family and friends to stay here. So convenient to the Jersey Shore. There was nothing that we didn't like about this great place.

• Gregory (10/5): Always a good stay , no one bothers you and close to all attractions - The Shore Point offers a well balanced room , by that I mean it has enough room that you are not on top of each other ,bathrooms have been upgraded and the shower was refreshing after a long day at the beach.. The pool is always kept clean and is never over packed ,most of the time it feels like it's your personal pool. Cleaning service is a little lax and you never know when they are coming to clean the room, no tip not the best.

• Maria (8/5): The stay was pleasant and we enjoyed it. - The suite was very clean in a good location. We booked a room but received a free upgrade to a suite (efficiency). No shampoo, no coffee, which has been standard in all motel rooms we've been in over the years. We paid $20 to park at the festival, it would have been nice if the hotel let us know a free shuttle comes out front.

We originally booked for 1 night through booking and pay for Saturday and Sunday night in cash.. instantly said sure no problem! I can't wait to go back!

Needs updating. The bathroom had many chipped tiles. However, it was very clean. It just gave the feeling it wasn’t. The mattress was too soff and replacing. Lighting in the room was too dark.

• Stephen (10/5): Great clean and inexpensive - Been here before and will stay here anytime we're in the area.. utilitarian but comfortable extremely clean rooms with nice showers..friendly staff..only drawback is small parking lot made for regular sized vehicles..not my enormous F250 crew cab but staff let us use one of the street side back in spaces so all was well as usual

• Steven (6/5): - When I tried to change my end date, Expedia told me to talk to the property owners. The owners told me to talk to Expedia. I had to check out a day early and contacted my credit card company for a refund.
• X4421BGbethp (2/5): NIGHTMARE of an experience - We had a reservation through Booking.com for the shore point motel for 2 double beds for our family of 4 for 2 nights. When we arrived at the motel they had our reservation as 1 double bed. They stated this was not on them and my children had to sleep on the hardwood floor as it was a late arrival and no other motels had vacancy for that night and we were 5 hours from home. They did not accommodate us, they were not professional, they didn’t not fully refund us, they did not care and kept telling us it was on booking.com and not their problem. This is was the worst customer service I have received in my lifetime. As I sat there crying for my children, they had zero regrets and did not care. Thankfully the Broadway Court Motel down the street fully accommodated us, discounted for us and made us feel insanely safe and comfortable. Also, the bathroom was dosguating, garbage still left in garbages and no toilet paper on the roll. I would never recommend anyone, not even my worst enemy to this motel and I will make sure all future customers know as well. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. As you can see in this screenshot posted, they were very rude saying they did not have our money but we only get a “refund” of $175 that wasn’t even to our credit card. So we offically have not had a penny back. This place is fraud and rips people off.

• Angel (10/5): We will choose this hotel again and again!! - This was our second time staying at this hotel and I absolutely love it! We have gone early June and the end of July when the area is busier. Each time the hotel is so peaceful. It's quiet, very clean, they are super accommodating! Housekeeping checks in each day to see if you need things and they are so nice! The pool is very relaxing and a great size. We will definitely be coming back. I have no complaints about this hotel.

• Lauren (8/5): - This is such a cute place and the owners are very sweet and helpful. We had a small room with a queen bed that was very comfortable and the space itself was very clean. Well worth the price but make sure to bring toiletries including a blow dryer. Soaps are provided but no shampoo or conditioner. The pool was big and super clean! Very enjoyable.

A great little restaurant across the street and a 7/11 and Dunkin Donuts close by! We will be back again for sure!

• ROSEANN (10/5): We will be back! - The Shore Point Motel was a lovely surprise! Terry and all the staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. The bed was so comfortable! The entire room was beautifully clean. We loved having a pool to come back to after a hot day on the beach.

• Kacey (10/5): - We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. The WiFi (free) worked excellent!! The room was clean (small, but ok for two people like my husband and me). IF YOU PLAN ON GOING TO JENKINSON’S BEACH: take the 15-18 min walk (it’s all flat and in a nice part of town) instead of trying to drive 3 min. We had to pay $50 to park and still had to walk about 5-10 min.. Love that the motel was so close & also right next door to an awesome pizza and sub shop! If we ever return, I would stay here again.
