Nous n’avons pas du tou - - La situation centrale du logement dans Barcelone - Proche des 300€ la nuit, le rapport qualité / prix n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous - Quartier ultra bruyant même le soir / la nuit. Isolation phonique du logement inexistante. Si vous êtes côté rue, on dirait que les passants se trouvent dans votre chambre. Obligés de dormir avec des boules quies toute la durée du séjour. - Obligé d’appeler l’hôte devant le logement pour obtenir les instructions pour rentrer dans le logement

• Mustafa Emre (10/5): Bir sonra ki Barcelona seyahatlimde yer aramak zorunda kalmayacağı 🙏 - Tesisin konumu, giriş çıkışı mükemmeldi. Özellikle anahtarsız giri olmasını çok beğendim. Evin içinde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey var. Çevresinde güzel restoranlar var. ve ihtiyacımız olan her şeye ulaşım için mükemmel konumda. İsterseniz her yere yürüterek gidebilirsiniz. Yanında metro da var.

• Jana (8/5): - jasné inštrukcie k prevzatiu kľúčov cez bezpečnostnú schránku. Ubytovanie s výbornou polohou na objavovanie Barcelony. Blízkosť metra. V okolí dosť reštaurácii. Čisté a priestranné ubytovanie pre 3 osoby. Kúpelka je viac vybývaná, chcelo by to aspoň vymeniť umývadlo, bolo prasknuté. Internet bol slabší.

• Angela (10/5): A estadia foi muito satisfatória e eu voltaria a ficar no apartamento. - O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Fácil acesso. Espaço confortável e equipado. A limpeza e a troca de toalhas ajuda muito numa estadia mais longa como a minha . Algumas lâmpadas estavam queimadas quando fiz checkin mas logo informei o pessoal de manutenção e fizeram a troca e reparos

• Vicky-Voula (8/5): - Πολυ ωραια περιοχη.Πολλα μαγαζια γυρω γυρω.μετρο λεωφορεια κοντα.Το διαμερισμα πολυ βολικο για 3 ατομα.Επισης πολυ καλο που εχει και ντουλαπια να αφησεις τις βαλιτσες σου μετα το check out,και να συνεχισεις την βολτα σου.Οι διαχειριστες απαντανε αμεσως σε ο,τι χρειαστεις.Περασαμε παρα πολυ ωραια. Θα μπορουσε να υπηρχαν περισσοτερες παροχες στο διαμερισμα.Τοστιερα. τσαι ,καφες ,χαρτια υγειας παραπανω.Επισης στις 5 μερες που μειναμε δεν καθαρισαν ποτε.Το μπανιο και γενικως το διαμερισμα ηταν λιγο βρωμικο.

• Laurent_NC (8/5): Logement pratique et très bien placé dans un quartier agréable - Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, dans un quartier agréable et animé, le parking et la procédure d'entrée simples malgré les nombreux mails reçus. L'appartement était confortable et bien équipé, surtout la cuisine sans doute récemment rénovée. La salle des bains mériterait peut-être un rafraichissement.

• Liesel (8/5): - The unit is well equipped with cookware, cutlery and crockery. Also has the washing machine and clothes dryer in good working order. Dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent was also supplied. The locker facility in the building is very useful. Instructions to the building and facility all well set out. Response time from the host was very prompt. The bathroom is a little small.
• Patricia (9/5): Value for money in a nice area. Apartment is compact but good for a base if you're out all day. - It was central and provided everything we needed. The host was very helpful. I found the bed in the second bedroom uncomfortable, it sank in the middle. But I do have a back issue so that wouldn't help. My friend slept OK. Lack of windows was a bit disappointing.

• Christian (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit kleinen Abstrichen - Sauber, gut ausgestattet, Klimatisierung vorhanden, problemloser check-in und checkout. Lage sehr gut mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Badezimmer sehr klein mit wenig Ablagen und schlecht zu lüften. Ein Zimmer ohne eigene Klimaanlage. Ein Zimmer am Aufzugschacht etwas lauter.

• DOBRILA (9/5): - The instructions were clear and simple. Perfect location with coffee shops, supermarkets, metro and bus stations near. Clean and cute apartment, with all the things you may need for a longer stay. Small terrace perfect for smokers. As for TV, be prepared, unless you are Spanish fluent speaker, all program is synchronized - movies, series, English is not helpful to you :D. But Barcelona is beautiful, so many places to see, tapas places and restaurants nice - enjoy it. Beds are a bit narrow and generally smaller so if you are tall or out of shape in general, it can be awkward. Also, no slippers, so bring your own.

• Tjakko Hoeve (6/5): Great location, but several bad things - The location is perfect. Broken hookup and leaking handle on the shower, a constant dripping toilet, the loud noise from the ventilator in the bathroom and the very bad wifi (constantly breaking off or without internet).

Full kitchen, we did not cook, but seemed to have all pots and pans. We arrived early, but they had self service lockers in the building to store our luggage, so we could go out explore all day without wasting time. Host was very prompt to respond to any questions. Just a suggestion: Maybe provide coffee and laundry detergent as a convenience to guests

• Miren (7/5): Buena estancia - El apartamento es recogido y está bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para el día a día. Es un poco justo de tamaño para tres personas. Lo peor el tamaño de las camas que son de 80 y son muy pequeñas para adultos. No se entiende que las pongan tan pequeñas. No debería permitirse para adultos.
• PABLO (9/5): Buena opción para estancia corta en Barcelona en lugar céntrico. - Ubicación y distribución del espacio. Se ajusta muy bien a lo descrito. Limpieza muy bien Quizá los muebles de cocina están un poco viejos, y faltaría pintar algunas paredes de la entrada y puertas ascensor.

• susan (10/5): - Apartments were fab. So clean. Beds comfy. Everything you need. The Elemis soaps shampoo and shower gel were unexpected but we were delighted with everything. Our trip was to visit the Christmas markets and they didn't disappoint. Barcelona is a very beautiful city and we loved every minute of our stay. The apartment check in procedures are straight forward and there are lockers available for people arriving before check in and for after checkout if you have a late flight. There is a taxi rank straight across the road. Lovely little cafes on the street. It's definately a 15 min walk to the centre, but so many nice shops and cafes on route.

• Styś (9/5): Rodzina że Starachowic - Lokalizacja , sposób kontaktu, apartamenty. Apartament zlokalizowany w dobrej dzielnicy, bezpiecznie, bez problemów . Barcelona piękne miasto. Odbiór kluczy i wstęp bez zarzutu. Polecam , poniżej co nelezy dopracować. Brak wymiany ręczników, brak sprzątania. Na pierwszy dzień ( przyjazd o 4 w nocy ) brak wody, a nawet saszetki herbaty. We Włoszech standard. Poza tym polecam ale należy trochę dopracować. A jeszcze podwójne łóżka się rozjeżdżają. Może należy je spiąć. Jednak to podwójne łóżko miało być a nie dwa pojedyncze.

• Mariia (9/5): - We loved the location, the apartment's design, and all the amenities. The owner was very accommodating when we checked in and gave us an apartment with a different view. Everything was perfect, and we were very happy. There was no oil, salt, or pepper in the kitchen — since guests stay for a short time, we wouldn't want to purchase basic kitchen supplies ourselves. The hairdryer was in very poor condition — burnt out and dirty (sticky). We passed this on to the owner personally - he is very friendly.
• Jaime (5/5): Pasable para una corta estadía, lo bueno la ubicación - para pasar un par de noches podria ser aceptable, buena ubicación tenía problemas con las persianas muy viejas y costaba abrir y cerrar, faltaban utensilios básicos de limpieza como repasador y trapo de piso, el segundo dormitorio oscuro y sin buena ventilación

• Margery (2/5): Don’t stay here if you value your health. - Having two separate bedrooms was nice. This property had a washer and a dryer which allowed me to launder my clothes before my next stop. The kitchen and living room were spacious. The bathroom was disgusting. There was black mold in the shower on the tiles and ceiling. Some of the tiles fell off the wall, taking the wall board with it, and revealed black mold behind the tile in the wall. The smaller bedroom did not have air conditioning and got very hot at night when the door was closed. The windows and the shutters outside could not be opened so no sunlight came in. While the weather was delightful, we could not enjoy the breeze inside. The washing machine had mold inside the rim. This place is very poorly maintained..
• Pauline (8/5): Lovely clean apartment suitable for a few nights in Barcelona, wouldnt suit longer holidays wirh the lack of street nois - Property was suitable for 3 adults , location was good with a taxi rank just outside. Also a lovely coffee shop next door and restaurants around the corner. Would not suit light sleepers , The noise all night from the street, mostly traffic. Could do with better noise blocking windows or shutters.

• Marta (5/5): Peor de lo que esperaba - Ubicación. Supermercado enfrente y restaurantes en los alrededores. El dueño muy amable, al irnos se nos olvidó el cargador en el apartamento y se desplazó para devolverlo. Limpieza en general, también de mantas y edredones. A mi hijo le salieron unas manchas de supuesta picadura (chinche?) que le provocó un picor horrible. Lo puse en conocimiento del dueño que lo negó…no esperaba otra reacción. En las mesillas de noche las bombillas de las lámparas estaban fundidas y en un lado no cargaba el móvil.

• Maxence (7/5): - L'emplacement était idéal, l'appartement était propre, l'accès et la prise de possession des clés étaient facile et bien expliqué. L'appartement est à proximité de plusieurs points d'intérêts, de bons restaurants et du métro. Les photos étaient plus ou moins représentatives de l'état des lieux, il y a des marques sur les murs. Les lits étaient inconfortables, et la laveuse avaient une odeur de moisi. Le séjour était dispendieux, mais c'est Barcelone.
• Sara (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this Bonavista Apartments property! It was very central and close to transit stations, local attractions, and restaurants/cafes. We also really appreciated the storage lockers located inside the building where we left our luggage before check in time. The apartment was spacious and we loved having a kitchen, laundry and two bedrooms. Be mindful that while the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, you still have to buy your own supplies (salt/pepper, cooking oil…) so you can bring some of that stuff with you and save some money from having to buy it there. Shout out to Víctor who was very responsive to my questions before our stay and when we first arrived!

Il manque juste un torchon pour la vaisselle, les placards sont très hauts et la ventilation de la salle d’eau un peu bruyante.
