- Marron (10/5): - I stayed at a seaview room with balcony. The landscape was nice. Room was spacious and well kept clean. Water bottles, shampoo and shower gel were added every day. Beaches and souvenir shops,restaurants are very near and we can choose more than 3. It had better to make sure if the ticket given by the hotel can be used there. Hotel staffs showed also good hospitality. The hotel has very friendly atmosphere. I recommend the booking of restaurant around there for dinner to take terrace seats.

Полное соответствие Цены-качества: удобное расположение отеля- сразу на набережной с пляжем, вокруг много кафе/ресторанов, вежливый персонал, готовый пойти на встречу на ваши просьбы: сначала взяли люкс на 2 этаже, на следующий день освободился на 4, нас сразу туда переселили по нашей просьбе. В номере чисто, уборка каждый день. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам Оксане и Надежде! Очень довольны отдыхом в данном отеле)
- Svetlana (10/5): Сказка - Как жаль что у нас было всего две ночи в этом великолепном отеле. У нас был панорамный номер с видом на море! Это действительно чудо, выходишь на балкон и видишь сразу необъятное синее море и шум прибоя! А чистота просто удивительная, заселение заняло считаные минуты, wi fi без всяких заморочек, персонал высший класс! Поверте, есть с чем сравнивать сейчас мы в соседнем отеле Санремо, не то слово как разочарованы.

- denis (6/5): Голубой дельфин - Поселили двух мужчин на одной кровати, хотя при бронировании предупреждали об этом. У кровати оказалась сломана ножка. Обещали решить эти проблемы, но потом положили болт на это.
- evgeny (8/5): - Сам отель отличный во всех отношениях, я бы даже сказал что с точки зрения цена/качество "супер", кроме ресторана. Качество блюд среднее, завтраки при стоимости 500 рублей не тянут на эту сумму и состав завтрака жестко завязан на тип (английский, французский и т.п.), чтобы поменять содержание надо уговорить персонал. А если говорить о "сухом завтраке" так совсем смешно, даже воду не положили. При таком качестве сервиса скорее всего ресторан убыточен.
- Иван (10/5): - Отель на твёрдые 5*!!!! В номерах очень чисто и уютно как дома!!! На всё очень понравилось! Приедем в следующий раз только сюда, до этого отеля жили в Жемчужина про неё скажу, что она на 3*.
- Dmitriy (8/5): - В целом отель хороший, чисто в номерах, убирали каждый день, при заселении была питьевая вода в бутылках, последующие дни не приносили. На ресепшене не улыбчивый персонал, взяли документы, оформили и сказали ждать до заселения 4 часа, спасибо что убрали багаж в отдельную комнату и с ним не пришлось гулять)) Бронировали номер с балконом с видом на море, по факту получили номер с балконом, если сильно из него высунуться то можно немного увидеть море ))) один из мягких диванов был сломан-проваливался )) в ванной и туалете все было чисто, полотенца и халаты все как надо)) в целом хорошо провели выходные :)
- Ksenia (10/5): Приятный зимний отдых - Наше проживание в отеле оставило самые приятные впечатления. Номер большой. Нас проживало 3 взрослых. Одна двухспальная кровать и кресло-кровать, полноценное место для взрослого человека. Все очень удобно. Все, что есть в описание отеля, все присутствует. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал! Спасибо, Dolphin Resort!!!!!!!
- Galina (8/5): Рекомендую - Очень хороший отель, большие номера, удобное расположение. Кто хочет посмотреть Сочи. От отеля до порта можно прогуляться по набережной вдоль моря. Красиво, много кафешек и ресторанчиков. Рядом цирк, где остановки городского транспорта. Можно спокойно добраться в любой конец города.

- Duveen (10/5): Excellent hotel by the sea - Beautiful, spacious rooms with all the amenities. On the sea, next to the boardwalk with easy walk to shops and restaurants. We had a very nice time in Sochi and really enjoyed the hotel and it’s restaurant.
- Felipe (8/5): Nice hotel in the Marina Yatch area - Very close to the Krasnodar area. Room was always clean. You need to pay 500 rubles extra per day to use the pool
- WorldTravel (4/5): Awful customer service/mistreat Americans - My boyfriend and I booked this hotel to spend a couple of days after the World Cup. The problems began with check-in. I had booked a suite and had forgotten to say that there will be two people staying. They wanted to charge me double the rate for bringing someone else with me. Then, we wanted to go to the pool, which is listed on the description and they also wanted to charge us. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and they would give you attitude every time you asked for something. They rolled their eyes at me and made me wait unnecessarily. The hotel posting says you are entitled to lounge chairs and towels, well... it took us going down to the beach to find out that you only get it a lounge chair and towel if you booked a specific type of room. I just wanted to relax and had to spend 30 minutes going back and forth between the beach and the front desk. The rooms were nice for the price and the hotel is well located but the attitude of the service staff and all the restrictions make it for a horrible experience, they make everything difficult.
- rondon (2/5): - Watch out!!!! I arrived with reservation for 5 nights for 1 person. In the last minute a friend came with me. In the check in, i paid the extra person for the 5 days. Unfortunately she need to leave before, so she stayed just 3 nights. When i asked reinbursement for this 2 nights that i paid double but would stay single, they said "they can't change the system". WHAT? to receive extra money, cash, the system accept another person, to give back money in a fair way doens't? So, it's up to you stay in a hotel where they can't help you how you think you should.
