- Alicia (9/5): Quiet and comfortable stay in charming Manchester - Easy to check in, nice and quiet location-- perfect for introverts. The shower space wasn't super efficient and could use a shelf or somewhere to place personal items. It only occured to us after the fact that we may have been able to use the small rolling cart that was next to the sink, but it wasn't very tall or practical. Also some items that needed some repair in the bathroom.

Parking was easy and comfortable for one car. The bed and room was clean and moderate in size. The bathroom had nice facilities but was a little small. There was no vanity or room to put things near the sink. The shower did not have any shelves or any place to store things.

Despite few employees there, the self check-in and self demand lobby works very well. So if you need extra towels during the night, you can supply yourself at the lobby. Wi-fi is fast. The window AC unit was leaking outside air when it was not running, which interfered with maintaining the room temperature. I had to move the bed away from under the unit.

The house we stayed in was poorly maintained with no curtains, a kettle with mouldy water in it and hob that has seen better days. The security on the house was non existent with a flimsy latch on a damaged outside door. The beds had no mattress protectors. For the money it wasn't really acceptable and we were pleased to leave. We wouldn't stay here again. There wasn't anyone at the property we could raise these issues with and hence the review.

D’ailleurs nous devions y séjourner deux nuits et nous sommes partis après 10’ 😡 Son emplacement dans la forêt (chambre 201) donc très humide et forte odeur de moisi ! Pas de micro ondes ce qui est un minimum pour une chambre appelée STUDIO ! Un vieux frigo posé par terre ! Il faudrait mettre un tapis à l’entrée pour s’essuyer les pieds car après 10’ le sol était très sale Il n’y a pas d’accueil donc personne en cas de souci

- 443emmettt (6/5): Clean but no service - Nice location, room was clean when we moved in on Sunday night. However we had no service. I stayed for 5 nights and only had towels changed one time. The room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. There is no one to talk to unless you call the manager's personal phone. there is no one at a desk etc. for check in or for correspondence or communications, period. Never saw anyone the whole time we were there except for other guest and occasionally see a maintenance man or maid. No management at any time was ever present, period. Sad way to do business. I would not stay here again.

- sheena (10/5): Great stop over hotel on way north - Welcoming staff, we arrived late on a Sunday. Reception staff directed us to next door restaurant where we had an excellent meal at competitive price Our room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and everything was spotless My only gripe as at every hotel in New England so far, the only way to make tea is to boil the water through the coffee maker and it tastes odd, powdered whitener is not nice so don’t drink the coffee either
- cccofnj (8/5): Stay at Aspen at Manchester - This place kept popping up on Facebook so I finally looked into it. It was the most reasonably priced motel in the area. Check in instructions are on your phone as there is noone is on site. Thats kind of disconcerting to me. They send you a code to enter on the keypad on your door. Well I had a hard time seeing the numbers and when I did I felt rushed to put the code in. I tried four or five times and couldn't get in. Maybe its me but I didn't care for that mode of entry at all. Thank goodness the people in the room next to me were sitting outside and friendly and the husband got me in (thank you!!). I was afraid to leave for dinner and not be able to get in (they do give you a number to call if there are problems), so I just had things that were in my cooler. Too bad for my last night in Vermont. Location is good, on the main road and set back from the road so no noise. The room itself was great, big, bright, updated, the bathroom was wonderful, a huge shower with good water pressure. Another thing, there was no information, even a sheet of paper, of a number to call in case you need help or info (yes, it had been texted but in the room would be good too), suggestions of places to eat, where the ice machine was, how to use the tv (not everyone is up to date on streaming). My room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Room was great, it was other things that upset me as a senior traveling alone.
- Vicci (10/5): - Nice, quiet, clean rooms. We got in late and I liked that you could just check in on your phone and they give you a code for your room. Never even saw any staff, which we didnt need to as we were there for 1 night. Would definitely recommend.
