Outside is basic roadside Motel ...the rooms are modern and mint. - I booked this randomnly just for an overight stop travelling between states and arriving at the property around 9:30pm. I was basically just looking for something cheap and cheerful for an overnight sleep, shower and on my way next morning. Dirving in the outside of the property was pretty average and your usual road side "motel". But inside the rooms was brand new / renovated. Bed was better than some 5 star motels and quality furnishings. Brand new bathroom. It was a pleasant surprise. At $99 for the night (not sure if that is usual) it was excellent value for money I didnt realise there was wifi until I was leaving as there is no guest info in the room. Not a big issue as I have phone coverage

- Carol (10/5): A great clean and safe place to have a good sleep and a breakfast before moving on! Everything as it should be! Thank y - It was perfect for me! It was not fussy and not over done it. It was very basic and clean and comfortable - just as I wanted. It was safe and secure. I booked late and the staff were very friendly and helpful in the obtaining the key procedure. The highlight was waking up and they have a breakfast in a shed there. They supplied an array of bread, butters, jams and spreads heaps of fruit juices and so many of my favourite cereals! Fresh milk in the fridge and microwaves and toasters! It is so bright and clean too. I liked all of it! Just brilliant.

Mould starting to appear on paint work around the window in the bathroom. Light above the bed shorted out. Carpets were worn. The bath mat was very used, fraying around the edges.

I believed I was getting a included breakfast in the morning, which I didn't and was the main reason I chose this motel. I think it should have been made clearer on the website that it wasn't included.
