• Karl (8/5): Spacious, nice apartment in a very good location - Very comfortable and decent sized apartment, lots of space and in a good location for access to the city and rail links (and walkable to Suncorp stadium too). Staff were very helpful, would definitely stay here again. Nothing to really get wound up about. It's on a main road so there is a bit of road noise but I knew that about the location ahead of time so if that's something that would bother you then ask for a room away from the main road.

Small carton long life milk instead of those skimpy little milk satchels. Not enough when you like to have a cup of tea/coffee on arrival to your room to relax.

• Jodie (9/5): EXCELLENT value for money for comparable properties, with everything you need to stay a night or for an extended stay. - Accessibility, proximity, car parking available onsite (however, not allocated to a room so if it’s busy there is a chance you may not get a park), room size, in room facilities. The front apartments can have a little road noise but the rear apartments are super quiet. Would have loved to have a drying rack to use on the little deck but one wasn’t available (there was a washer and dryer which were brilliant, just some items we didn’t want to put in the dryer).

Apartment is good size & insulated from traffic noise. Easygoing property administration & access to apartment. Property is in need of some TLC, especially in the bathroom. Tariff of $200 per night is considerable. Property could be better presented to accord with the tariff.

• Nicola (7/5): - Fantastic position, well insulated from road noise. Value for money accomodation. Room was spacious, good amenities including washer and dryer in room along with standard kitchen appliances. Parking was included with room rate. Property is a little tired, though cost was appropriate for same.
• Gerry and Kimberley Wind (3/5): - Unfortunately nothing The apartment needs to beed upgraded. The bed frame bangs against the wall every time you move. The bathroom is very old the light over the mirror doesn't work. The bath/shower is needs fixing. Told to be careful because the fire alarm is very sensitive and if we make toast it can go off and we will be charged between $800 and $1600 if it goes off. Don't use the cooking facilities because it can also set off the alarm. Carpet is very worn and dirty needs replacing or cleaning. Corner apartment bedroom is an odd shape can't move freely around bed only 2cm between end of bed and wall. The air conditioning doesn't work properly bedroom very hot. It turns off at night. I am glade we were there for only 1 night if we were staying longer we would have checked out. Very expensive for sub standard accommodation.

Always our go to location for all things city fun and easy water taxi access. Unfortunately we had lots of mould growing in the bathroom air vent.... We have never had major issues with cleanliness and it's a cheap price and the rooms are what they are for the price BUT mould is just a no no for our family and young kids in any location we stay in.

Additionally, we had the option of travelling by ferry to the city which was just great. The room was AMAZING. True value for money. It was comfortable and very we needed was provided.

Staff very attentive The old wooden bed base is a health hazard. The bed was badly positioned and I stubbed my toe on the corner of the base. and its very bruised. I would prefer a shower instead of bath. Getting in and out was extremely difficult

• Stephen (1/5): A tired run down property in desperate need of proper maintenance or complete refurbishment. - The only thing going for this place is its location. I imagine many people stay here for proximity to the hospital and access to the river cat. Firstly, the standard of security - domestic grade door locks and no cctv. The smell of cheap cleaning products and mould entering the lift lobby and room. Carpet lifting in places. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom and rusty ceiling tiles, broken chipped, rusty tap fitting. Uncomfortable small bed with cheap quality linen. Noise of traffic. Small tv with no streaming and no wifi.
