• Philip (9/5): Comfortable, easy and pleasant stay, would happily come back again. - Clean and comfortable room, easy check-in and walking distance to the shops. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it a relaxing stay. Parking right outside the room was also very helpful. Nothing major. A few small areas could use a bit of updating but overall it didn’t affect the stay.

• Leanne (8/5): Nicely renovated and close to town. - Room and bathroom was renovated with a nice comfy bed. Our room also had a lounge and table & chairs, plus a microwave which is handy. The shower was great and a good size bathroom. A separate door out to the grassed courtyard & pool area with your own table & chairs to sit at was nice. The place was fairly quiet. We'd stay here again if travelling that way as its fairly close to town and walking distance to a local pub.

• Steven (10/5): Great! - A 3-star motel that gives you everything you would want for a 1-2 night stay. Great Indian food too! A bit of traffic noise at times but had no trouble sleeping:)

• Lyndie (2/5): Not Good - The gentleman at reception and in the restaurant was very nice. Helpful I had to hip & shoulder the door to get in, then do the same to close it. Bit of a sticking problem there. Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Next doors shower "whistle" in our room was very loud. Stained carpet that needed to go to the tip. The bed cover has pulls all through the fabric. The aircon remote had stains on the "on" button. The TV remote works sometimes. Chairs screws fell out onto the floor. Cleaning was questionable. The place needs a bulldozer. I realise they are renovating, so don't put people in the old rooms while you do it. Gives the business a bad reputation.

• JUNE (7/5): Comfortable and near station. - Quite near railway station. The room I got did not have a view as described, just a brick wall or the sky, nor an outside table and chairs. Other rooms were around the lawn and pool.

The only thing I didn't like was, in the bathroom in the shower whenever I used it I noticed a bad smell coming from the shower drain, I had to cover the drain everytime I used it to stop the smell. But other than that everything was great

• Damian (7/5): Cootamundra Gardens Motel - The room was clean, tidy and well presented. Aircon was excellent. There was no one at Reception while checking in and out. I messaged the property to request an early check-in, when I arrived and entered the reception there was no one there, I rang the property to talk to someone, to which they informed me that the key was on the desk. They knew when I was arriving, however no one was posted to reception to welcome me?

• Joshua (8/5): Nothing flash but it gets the job done. - Basic but functional motel in Cootamundra. Easy walk to shops and main street. Pool was nice. Aor conditioning works well.
• Lucille (8/5): Great location, excellent facilities, friendly staff - Love the pool & the in-house restaurant which is awesome. The rooms are better equipped than most, with plates cutlery microwave biscuits. Although our room was a bit tired you can see they are working their way round the motel renovating rooms & exterior; the paint colour choice is perfect. There’s a pub around the corner plus the RSL courtesy bus can pick up. Lovely staff & owners. The only thing was the light switches & door handles were dirty.

• Kristen (7/5): An ok option if you are staying at coota and don’t want to pay $400/night at the golf course. Does the job for a sle - Here for Christmas for 2 nights. Had the family room, which is part of the untended section but did the trick for sleeping the 4 of us. Little fridge to store travel supplies. Friendly staff at checkin but didn’t see anyone after that. Beds were comfy enough but not amazing. I chose this place for the pool with small kids. It wasn’t at all clean when we arrived dec24. There was an auto cleaner going but likey should have been started a few days prior. I spent 30 min straining the top and sifting out frogs. Went to the community pool in the end. We were in one of the older rooms. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Gaps under the door and a few cockroaches. For the price we paid, I’d hoped for more in a tiny country town. I also got scam texts leading up to our stay. They had our confirmation number and everything and said payment issues and to fill in a form. I called the motel and they weren’t very helpful. Just said our booking was confirmed and payment ok. Didn’t know anything about the texts and weren’t too fussed to look into it. Beware!
