• Mark Knight (3/5): Not reccomended - Location in Jindabyne is central to most Snowy Highlands resorts and attractions. The property is rundown and poorly maintained. The building is dated and there are signs of poor workmanship by tradespeople or perhaps work done by unqualified contractors: i.e. exposed electrical junction box located adjacent to the sink tap - not compliant to Australian Standards. Shower cubicle door frame was filthy and no provision to store toiletries other than on the shower floor. Shower door almost inoperable. The grounds are unkempt and there is builders rubble / leftover building materials stored in the kiddies playground area. Hot water was erratic.

• Paul (7/5): Although the rental was within our price bracket, this was access for 2 future events in 2025/26. - The accommodation met our expectations, close to CBD. Room facilities were good, although a little noisy. Nothing to complain about. Reception was completely absent, whether by phone or in person at the desk. Difficult to talk to anyone, and did not reply to messages left on the phone.

Pretty much exactly what to expect from most accommodation in Jindabyne. A little dated, but again, on a ski trip a hot shower and warm room and bed are pretty much all you need. Single bed was very small, but fine.

The bathroom sink tap was very loose and was basically flapping in the wind. There were used shower get containers still in the shower possibly from the previous patrons. This lead to great concern if they had cleaned the shower at all after the previous booking.

Facilities are brilliant with stove top cooker, microwave, large kitchen sink. Mattresses very comfortable, and very clean room, and shared space. Self check-in experience was real easy, and plenty of parking.
• Laura (7/5): Clean & comfortable, good location. - The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door had no lock, it was sliding and missing a latch. The sink tap wasn't tight (misaligned) but still working. Shower curtain wasn't clean.

• Jeanene (8/5): Well priced good location - Great spot, opposite a ski hire place, next to brewery, about 5 mins to bus stop (we used the bus to slopes). Restaurant on site, lake view room was comfortable. Didn’t seem to be any staff to ask questions (only one we had was about the drying room but another guest gave me the info).

• Deborah (6/5): Lower your expectations. - The location was good. Shower had good pressure & plenty of hot water. The shower in the initial room allocated was covered in pink mould, like it had not been cleaned properly for quite some time. We were then allocated to an alternate room which was larger but still not clean - inside drawers & cupboards were dirty, bathroom floor & toilet surrounds were filthy. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and doing it all myself.
