We highly recommend staying in the two-storey cabin/house — it creates a very special experience. A special thank you to the administrator Monty for providing us with a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and mattress. Employees like Monty are worth their weight in gold. • Joan (4/5): Very cute, but very noisy. - The room was small but very cute with an old-world charm. Check-in was easy. The location is at the back of the noisy restaurant, which is great if you don't want to walk far to eat, but not great if you don't like listening to everyone else having fun while in your room. The noise. When we arrived, the kitchen turned on the radio just above our heads and we could hear the music loud and clear. Thankfully, they turned it off when service started, but then came the sound of people talking, chairs moving around and then the general hum of a busy restaurant. I would only recommend this room to people like my husband who can take out their hearing aids. If you don't want to sleep under a noisy restaurant, don't stay here.

• Joe (8/5): Convenient and charming. - Excellent location in Margaret River township which made local sight seeing and restaurants very accessible. Staying in heritage building was charming and room was very comfortable. My room was in the same building as the two restaurants that are housed on the site. During the restaurant prep period and into the evening the music from the restaurants was quite audible in the room so if you were a light sleeper or looking for some quiet space probably renting a room in the other sections of the accommodation would be a plan.

• Tamzin (9/5): - The guesthouse is in the perfect location to explore Margaret River town on foot, and to head out to the wider region by car. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Room itself was cozy, with a larger seating area right outside. Music from the restaurant downstairs was audible, but not offensive. They promptly switched it off at 9:30pm every night of my stay. No real staff presence. Self check in process at the guesthouse across the street, three guesthouses share the same lobby/ desk. Arrived at 3pm and already no one manning the desk.

Loud tv left on by someone who fell asleep in front of the tv at night next to our room. Individual tv would be nice with max volume control as not to disturb other guests.
• Scarlett (6/5): - The key selling point of this hotel is the location. Whatever you do, don’t look under the bed for your room sweep - heaps of dust and like it had never been cleaned underneath. Also found an unopened Condom underneath the bed. The location right next to the petrol station meant you could often hear car tires having their tyre pressure amended. There’s giant being right next to the hotel was also incredibly loud - could hear patrons, clanking plates and pots and plans…. If you plan on sleeping before 1030pm this hotel is not for you.

Noise from rooms above with floorboards was bad. Try not to get the merlot room if you want a quiet retreat at night. People staying upstairs should be told to remove their shoes.

Not just saggy but noticeably on a significant downwards slope from head to foot. We did tell staff so hopefully fixed before anyone else needs to try to sleep there.
• David (5/5): It’s a guest house and would be great for families who could use it as a big house with a common area. - The property was clean however a number of comments suggested it was eclectic I would say rundown. The towel rails both broke when we placed towels on them and the toilet roll holder also broke. Having an outdoor fridge and kettle weren’t ideal.

• Joy Loves Travel (8/5): - The rustic looks of the building/rooms. All staff were friendly and approachable. I think there was a restaurant upstairs, so it was hard to go to sleep. But it's okay, no loud noise from 10pm. So can't really complain too much. Cleaner missed cleaning one of the bedside shelves for the 2 nights we were there. Not the end of the world.

It’s very close to town and the river walks. It’s at the back of an Italian restaurant and the building is wooden so noises carry! It w As noisy from 3pm when we arrived (loud music) and transitioned into quiet music and restaurant chatter ….. it did go quiet at 10pm.

• Kevin (7/5): Very pleasant. Staff were very helpful and cleaners were conscientious. - Good location into town. Good facilities. Veranda. Bed was too small. Noisy at night as restaurant patrons used toilets a lot, and as we were next door to the toilet, the door banged. Parking was a bit difficult. If we didn't get a parking spot we had to go over the road.

We had the Forest View apartment which had everything you could need and more . We even had our own verandah parrot . I also fed the ducks across the road near reception and that was a treat . Nothing I can think of .

Location and cost was fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the old world charm. Beautifully presented heritage guest house Bed was a little too hard for us. Street noise after the adjoining restaurants close can be quite loud. Staff leaving seemed to linger for a chat and a laugh, slamming car doors when leaving. Bedroom overlooks car park so at around 10/10:30 if you want to sleep maybe hold off for another 30mins or so.

• Olivia Grace (9/5): A beautiful, quaint and peaceful stay in one of WA cutest towns! - I stayed in the cabin and it was perfect!! The location is amazing it’s walkable to everything in the immediate margaret river area. It was clean, comfortable, there was parking available right outside, and private which was really nice. The kitchenette had a microwave and a kettle and toaster adding one hot plate would be a really nice addition so you can actually cook something.

There was no room cohesion, the fridge was outside, bags in another room, air conditioner in another room with the bags, toilet was a stand alone cubicle, bathroom was tucked away. Thankfully the office staff were amazing and offered us another room at their other accommodation across the road. Adomsons Riverside Accommodation. See comments above. Nothing more to say. We were moved to the sister accommodation across the road which was amazing. Adamsons Riverside Accommodation, I would recommend.
