- Julie (8/5): Happy Berry Break - Location was within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Good sized room, nicely furnished, very clean & comfy with a small outdoor seating area. A nice little kitchenette was included with a coffee machine but no cutlery or plates. Lovely friendly staff - overall its good value for money. It was a twin room but didnt offer equal size bedding - it had a large double bed & a small single. This is generally the arrangement most hotels offer but I dont think its a fair arrangement. Dinning room was only opened for breakfast.

A huge safety issue was having tea/ coffee mugs with NO HANDLE !! How does anyone pick up a mug with boiling water for tea or coffee with no handles ? I nearly dropped mine, splashed boiling water …lucky to not have had serious burn or injury ! The hotel should replace these mugs before a serious accident occurs.

However, there was a musty smell when we first entered the room, and a terrible odour coming from the bathroom drain, which meant we had to keep the door closed at all times. Daily housekeeping did not wash our coffee cups or clean the kitchen area. Overall, it was a good experience. We would have liked firmer pillows.

- Cannis (9/5): It was a beautiful, comfy accomodation at a very convenient location to get to our favourite places. - It looks like it is newly refurbished. The room almost passes as a standard hotel room. It was spacious, clean and perfect family for two adults and two young kids. The bottom of the glass door in the bathroom unfortunately might have a faulty seal. As a result, water leaked out during shower and flooded the floor in the bathroom. We had to use towels to mop the wet floor.
- Elizabeth (9/5): We would recommend this motel to friends and family. - The room was large and roomy with plenty of tea, coffee etc. the bed was very comfortable with very little noise. Breakfast was ample, cereal, stewed fruit and fresh. Croissants, pancakes and varieties of toast. More than enough. My only complaint was that the door was very tight to open and when leaving the room, it did not shut properly. We found that out when we came back to find the door could be pushed open without a key. Same thing with the door to the balcony. Room 119. Other than that, everything was great.

- John (8/5): Convenience to stay in the heart of such a lovely town. Easy walking and many things to see. - The venue was very conveniently located within a minutes walk of the town facilities. The room looked out onto a peaceful bushland area . The area is a great tourist destination with many attractive shops and eating venues. A little difficult having to carry the bags upstairs but it was only one floor.
