Susan (10/5): Comfortable, friendly, lovely stay. - The owners are very friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The apartments are clean and well appointed. It is right in the middle of Sumner, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, chemist and groceries - with three coffee places literally a few paces away. Laundry facilities are available, which made our 9 day stay even easier. I certainly will be back for my next CHCH visit!

Highly recommend the property based on the owners professional, kind and relaxed nature alone The owners let us leave our car in a parking spot after check out to allow us to eat breakfast and have a walk along the beach, we were so grateful for this Happy to accommodate potential late arrival with easy to follow instructions, luckily we arrived earlier than expected Room was tidy, clean and comfortable. Spacious. Good size and able to cook if required. Local restaurants in walking distance Beach in walking distance, its a lovely beach Nothing - it was a lovely stay

Gillian (9/5): A lovely relaxed, well-equipped and friendly place to stay minutes from the beach. - The two bedroom set up was perfect for our family of 5. It was secluded and had a lovely sitting out area. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing really! We hunted for salt and pepper and couldn’t locate any- but I know for sure if we’d walked up the owners would have sorted it instantly.

Tout est accessible à pied (plage, commodités, restaurants, bars,...) très pratique. Bonne literie. Tout était propre. Cuisine équipée et balcon mais non utilisés. On entend les voisins et les voitures, bouchons d'oreilles nécessaire. Vue sur le parking, on voit les gens passer et vice versa...
