Brett Raymond (7/5): This place is ok but don’t expect service or anything else no one to greet you or top up towels and coffee - Good location rooms were good overall comfortable Poor communication no one stayed on site so you couldn’t get help the workers come some times they work two properties so if you got locked out of your room no one is there to help very poor the door lock was electrical so some times didn’t open you were locked out happened to another customer

Liz (8/5): - Cosy, nice bed, good shower, Handy to a delicious restaurant, quiet. Host was very helpful with heater issues that were actually a power outage. Not the motels fault, there was a power outage further up the coast so didn't come on until 1.30am so went to bed at 7 to keep warm.
Rainer (7/5): Geht so - Die Lage nach Fox.Gletscher und Franz-Josef-Gletscher ist ideal. Zimmer soweit sauber. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich ist nicht wirklich toll. Was als Schrank angepriesen wird ist ein Elektroverteiler für den Heizkörper und den Fernseher. grad mal 1 Kleiderbügel. Die Küche ist zwar ok, leider war erst kein Toaster (wurde aber nach Nachfrage umgehend nachgereicht) dafür gab es aber einen Reiskocher? auch der BBQ-Grill war nicht auffindbar.

Martina (5/5): It will do for the price. - The location is a short walk to the main street. There is a guest laundry, and it is cheap to use. No daily room service. Fresh towels? Go ask at reception. They gave us the disabled access room - the bathroom flooded and stayed that way due to no floor runoff incline. However, I'd still stay there again as the positives outweigh the negatives.

Well equipped kitchenette although need to check supplies as dishwashing liquid was empty- I hope previous people washed up properly- we couldn’t. Very unusual not having any human contact to check in or out, but instructions were clear and went smoothly. Very expensive for what is basic accomodation.

Martin (3/5): Welcome to the 1980s - Friendly staff 1980s standards at 2026 prices. Peeling wallpaper in kitchenette. No heat pump. No heating and single glazing in bathroom. Not very clean.

Main doors at either would not shut due to being offline/kitchen cupboard doors falling off edges and unable to be closed. Couldn’t get TV set to operate and staff could not assist either Shower cubicle in the Booking.com ad shows a showerhead with a flexible hose whereas in our unit it was not the case with a flappy plastic curtain that hugged your body as the water was turned on. Not pleasant and certainly not 4 Star rating as advertised

Giel (10/5): Very pleasant and comfortable place to enjoy nature, quietness and hotsprings - Very pleasant and comfortable place to stay even more when you want to stay remote and quiet. It’s far from most things except the beautiful nature, hikes, mountains and a hot spring. All is taken care of for a comfortable stay, very good bed, well equipped kitchen, seats and a bar to sit on the enjoy the beautiful views and cows from the farm. The owners are show care and you feel welcomed. Many hiking options nearby. If we would have known the place, we would have stayed an extra night just to enjoy the area and the apartment more. Nothing, all good!
