Das kostenlose Frühstück wurde in der Küche vorbereitet und stand zur selbstständigen Zubereitung bereit. Parken war problemlos vor der Unterkunft möglich.

Highly recommend the night time glow worm tour conducted by the site manager if it is running. No majors issues

Große Zimmer mit Whirlpool-Badewanne waren der perfekte Ausklang nach langen Wandertagen :-). Perfekter Startpunkt für verschiedene Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Tolle Küche, tolles Frühstück, schöner kleiner gemütlicher Ort :-). Es werden sogar Glühwürmchenausflüge abends angeboten. Vielen Dank!

Couldn’t cook during the day, very poor WiFi signal, don’t stay here if you depend on it and the phone outside if you need to speak to a staff member doesn’t work so waited around for longer than intended. Some of the breakfast cereal was stale.

Went on a glow-worm walking tour in the evening which was unexpected but really good. It was great there was a camp kitchen as also a holiday park so able to cook dinner and breakfast - but this could be better with a deep clean

Camera spartana ma con tutto il necessario, dai saponi, alle creme, biscotti, caffè e latte. Staff gentilissimo. Ci hanno anche offerto un glow worm notturno. Lavanderia disponibile e si può comprare tutto il necessario lì. Colazione un po’ povera considerando il prezzo e che bisogna poi pulire quello che si è utilizzato.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room but a serve your self kitchen with tea and coffee available all day and continental breakfast in the morning. Free glow worm short walk in the evening. We would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in our room and also a small fridge. TV not working and staff could not fix it, very poor WiFi which kept dropping out.

- Claude (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Appartement war auf 2 Stockwerken. Das Haus war weg von der Strasse gelegen. Das Zimmer wurde nach Bedarf täglich und gründlich geputzt. Es wurde ebenfalls ein geführter Walk zu den Glühwürmchen angeboten. Das Appartment war eher dunkel und altmodisch eingerichtet.

The light of the lodge was right in front of it, so you could barely sleep with that light getting through. - Ylvie (8/5): - Very friendly check in, the Lodge is only a few meters away from the highway. Parking right in front of cabin. The walls are thin, so you can hear pretty much everything from the bathroom and a lot from the adjacent rooms.

- Rob (7/5): Great location with friendly staff. I would recommend anyone including small families to stay. - Location is great. Room size for family of 4 was good. Warm when it was rainy and cold outside. Skylight in the 2nd room... with 2 young kids that need to sleep around 7.30pm - NZ sunset is 9.30pm. The room was very bright and no easy way to darken it, whereas main room had dark blinds. Fridge/Freezer had defrosted and left carpet wet before we arrived... I soaked it up, removed full drip tray, cleaned thermo sensor etc and fridge back up and running smoothly.

- Ruud (8/5): Een prettige locatie , zeker een aanrader. - Zeer vriendelijk personeel en ruime keuken. De keuken heeft zijn beperkingen omdat men deze alleen mag gebruiken om bv pasta te koken e.d. Uitgebreid koken is vanwege de luchtjes niet toegestaan. Het ontbijt is goed en men kan dan wel bv een eitje koken. Het is wat gehorrig.

- Steve (7/5): - Well located and comfy. Located in a building with 4 units and a common kitchen. Close to the middle of town. Convenient parking. Breakfast was grest. Bed was very bouncy. Walls do not mask much noise and other units switching on taps are quite noisy. Loud talking also carries. The kitchen is not able to be used to prepare meals other than breakfast which seems odd.
- Mark (10/5): Great - would recommend to any west coast journeyers - Lovely rustic location, super clean, had a/c so very cool! Lovely forest walk out the front door! Nothing really! It’s a great spot to stop on your west coast journey.
