bryce (2/5): - Will not stay again, very very noisy, bad smell out of bathroom drain, enough coffee for 1 drink, rattley windows, had to put a chair against the door to stop it banging and stop the light and wind coming through, beds so unlevel you get a blood rush, soap may as well be water, they allow kids to run and ride scooters past guest rooms and near cars. Reception dont help. Was very disappointed. Never again

Queen bed in main room was hard and not real comfy. Queen and single one in the bedroom were better. Nice and quiet at night, vefry easy parking, friendly receptionist

My husband even took up a clear plastic see through container of all the disgusting things that was picked up off of our floor to show the people at the reception. The reception didn't seem to care and said that the manager would need to look into it. Excuse me but what the. My husband asked for a full refund or at least a partial discount on the room, but was denied that. How does the Willows Motel Goulburn Accommodation Cancellation Policy apply to us when we didn't even cancel our room in the first place. The motel asked if we had inspected the room 24 hours before making our booking. How can that be when we had made our booking reservation on February 18th for February 21st and we weren't even at Goulburn at the time until the day of the booked night. We have a baby who is crawling everywhere. What if she ate something that was found on the floor. Would the motel manager or fellow staff pay for her medical bills? This motel really needs to employ better cleaning staff because as soon as we had walked into our room there were food stains on the wall next to the bed closest to the television set as soon as you walk through the door. The motel "apparently" say that they have dog friendly cabins. So why was dog food/treats found in a family room? The rooms that the motel advertises are not what they appear in person. We had paid for a "family room" and there were items that were not included in the room such as the sofa bed. The outside fly screen had fallen off the window frame when we had gotten back late last night, and it only got fixed because my husband had told reception. The bedside lamps did not work for any of the power points in the room. Completely disgraceful. We want our $185 back. Won't be staying at this accommodation again and we will be telling everyone we know not to stay at the Willows Motel Goulburn.

joannemW3266HN (2/5): Theft, Warning!!!!! - My short visit to Willows was very disappointing. The beds were comfy and clean but the room was smelling a bit like a toilet. I unfortunately left my new Ipad on the table as I left, kindly a few hours later I received a call from a female manager telling me the cleaner had found it and they would post it for me. After about a week the iPad did not arrive, I left 3 messages and nothing was replied to until I called several times on a Saturday morning. I spoke to a man who claimed he was the new manager and he promptly told me that the previous woman manager had done a "runner" after embezzling and stealing for a long period of time. Strangely he made a police report that morning, my IPad was not on this report... He has since refused to take any responsibility, even thought I have provided phone call times and full details on the conversation, he refuses to respond other than denying my iPad was there on another review, not even a sorry. I will take this further with my own police report. He has my number blocked also. Never experienced this at any place I've ever stayed, zero customer service. Now wait for the blame the customer instead of helping them.

Carpet definitely not vacuumed, cheezles near the bed, hand towel dirty, dead flies along window sill. Bedside lamp old and ripped, the room smells and I was itchy the whole time. A lot of outside noise. There must be better in Goulburn for this price, surely!!

594lyleh (2/5): Not very happy with the Manager. - I have stayed at this motel ever time my wife & I travel from home to Sydney for my wife's cancer treatment with no problems as we are both over 80, On the 16th of November I booked two rooms, one for my wife & I, & one for a friend, before I left home I checked my bank statement & seen that the two rooms had come out of my bank $290.00. on arrival at the motel there was a new manager, she had taken our friends card to pay for he’s room, I told the manager that the two rooms had been taken from my card, she said she will look at register that night & reimburse my card. The next morning I asked if she fixed my card up, she said she will do it on Monday the 18th, I phone her on Tuesday the 19th & said the $145.00 was not in my bank, she said it will take a few days, phoned her again on Friday the 22nd she said she had reimbursed my card. By the 27th 10 days have passed & I STILL have not receded anything from Willows Motel Goulburn.

The bed and the shower were both very good. I appreciated the kitchenette facilities and microwave, but there was no teatowel nor dishcloth supplied, maybe an oversight? The tv was a good size but the sound very poor. The heating was quiet and efficient.

The walls of the rooms are solid and do a good job of insulating. The furniture is solid and will not move, shake, or make a noise when being used.

The carpet and couch is filthy, it stinks, the loo seat is broken not fitting broken fixtures and slipping all over. Bathroom stinks! Im getting itchy- Yuck!! I chose this based on reviews of cleanliness, my asthma is triggered and mt skin is prickling.

The motel is off a service road annd rooms are set well back from the road and perfectly soundproof. Very comfortable nights stay. So you get a very convenient location with comfortable stay. Family room with double in main area and singles in a side room worked perfectly. Very friendly staff and well priced.

Margaret Anne (2/5): - Lovely quiet pace to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Barrie (8/5): - Warm & comfy on MINUS 3 degree night. Did not appreciate bar fridge with glass door shining light into bedroom all night until we switched it off. Well set up with all necessities plus more. Very helpful booking staff. Very clean.

ChristineH350 (10/5): Good stop over - Clean, comfortable and spacious. Good stop over on way to Sydney for one night. No complaints, easy checkin and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and the room warm. We walked in to town for a good leg stretch as it is a little way out of central Goulburn.
