Could have had allocated parking bays. Lighting up path to room 14 would be beneficial for either older folk or people with disabilities.

We noticed when people smoked outside even though they were not near our room, the smoke drifted into the room, particularly when the door was open. Perhaps a sign could be placed in an appropriate place to advise guests to smoke down near the car wash bay or out the front. The guests were in the rooms up the front. The guests probably didn't realise the smoking was drifting .

- Annette (4/5): Bright is a beautiful place but this property could do with a good refurbishment. - The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was in a separate room and the location was good. The place needs to be refurbished the couch was uncomfortable it hurt our backs the internet was very poor as well as the tv reception we could only watch channel 7 and that frequently would play up. Also when you turned the cold water tap on in the kitchenette the pipes would make a loud banging noise.

The wifi was slow in parts, but I understand this can't be controlled given the size of the property. Possibly not the property but the wifi was very slow, to the point of not being useable. Might have been more a location problem.

The room is very well fitted and maintained (4 power points in the Kitchen which is unique in my experience), really pleasant and comfortable. Been to Bright a few times, this was one of our favourites, thanks for recommending Basils restaurant for a meal on our last night, it was outstanding. Peaceful forest walk at rear of property leading into Bright town centre. Highly recommended and will definitely stay in the future. Great value for the money!

Well designed room with everything we needed. Lovely courtyard garden for sitting with a book and a glass of wine. Good value for money. Poor to average phone coverage. The chairs were a little hard and the couch slippery to sit on.

- Paula (10/5): Very clean, comfortable accommodation. - For us it was just somewhere to sleep and shower as our daughter and family were camping in the caravan park there and we spent the days and with them! However the motel was very old style but very clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay there again. The pool was an added bonus, however we didn’t get to use it! Nothing really! The only reason I didn’t rate the Staff was because you don’t really have any contact with them as it is all self check in and out!!

The barbecue was fine for us as we were at a quiet time. Would have been good to have more cutlery and crockery icluding salad bowl and saucepans.
