• Neil (7/5): Well located and no issues. - well located. Close enough to walk to town if you don't need to carry anything. Very close to the beach. Easy walk to one of the best coffee I've ever had! Nice food there too. Everything worked. Good hot water. The towels need to be renewed. Need more soap. No shampoo provided.

• Travel Nurse (8/5): Will stay again - Nice and comfortable. Slept very well. Good shower, and comfortable bed. Friendly staff member greeted me. Road noise a little much in morning and during day (stayed for work overnight so sleeping during day time)

• Peter (4/5): disappointing - simple and met basic needs of overnight bathroom door fell on me (barn type sliding door), shower rose could not be adjusted and fell down, bed was uncomfortable with electric blanket controls digging in to me, curtains had blood on them

We were greeted with friendliness and a willingness to help make our stay comfortable. The room had an old world charm. I liked that it was kept and not completely modernised, but had everything we needed. There was nothing I didn't like

Unable to communicate with the Chinese cleaner to get bins emptied or room serviced. The microwave in my friend's room was so dirty. For the money paid I truly would have expected more!

Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Bathroom in need of update, no storage space or hooks to hang clothes, sliding door from bedroom came off the track and was difficult to get back on.

• lin (1/5): worst hotel ！ - location Terrible experience ! Even I am extra busy on the travel ， I am still very happy to share the horrible experience for this hotel! All the good review is fake! The bed sheets are extremely dirty. Countless people must have slept on them without being washed, and there is other people’s dead skin on them, which is disgusting. It seems someone smoked in the room, and they sprayed a terrible‑smelling air freshener. The windows cannot be opened, and there is no screen on the door. If opened at night, everyone can see inside with no privacy at all. insects will fly to hotel！ The air smells so bad I feel like vomiting. I couldn’t sleep the entire night! Dust is visible everywhere to the naked eye. No toiletries are provided except for one bar of soap. Everything in the room is old and shabby. My skin was itchy after staying one night. This is the worst hotel ever. I didn’t sleep at all and fled quickly in the morning! I do not recommend staying here at all.

• Horan (9/5): Excellent value for money, very clean and comfortable and hot showers. - Although it is an older property, and it is a budget motel, we were comfortable, it was very clean and had everything that we wanted and would definitely stay again. Great value for money. Also lady in reception very friendly and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile. The only thing was there were hand towels, but that was only a minor issue.

• Majik (8/5): Enjoyable stay :) thank you. - It was clean. Location was great too. Staying for 5 nights, no clean towels, or top ups with coffee etc each day. After 3 days we should have clean sheets. Other than that, room was spotlessly clean so that’s the main thing for me.

• Deidre (8/5): Wouldn’t rave about it. - Closeness to shopping centre No hand towel or face washer provided, towels small & on the thin side. Tv difficult to navigate without instructions , and being tech- savvy. Pillows very ordinary.

• Michael (4/5): Disappointed - The little kitchenette was handy. The lady on reception was lovely. The location was very good. We were disappointed when we arrived as the whole exterior looked shabby. The bathroom was cramped. The shower curtain was mouldy. The room, whilst a good size, needed complete decoration and refurbishment. The sheets and pillow cases were spotless but the blanket and bedspread were old and worn. The fridge was iced up.

• Phillip (9/5): Good value in Victor Harbor. - I've stayed here before, so it made my decision easy to need somewhere to stay in this location. The noise from the road could be an issue, I was leaving early, so this wasn't an issue for me.

• Hwy sung (5/5): Ok to stay for the value of money I guess - location was good No room service after our 1st night stay, was not informed the check out time was 10am, it was a bit early for family with kids, but the host did not charge us extra for 11am check out . The motel was quite old, the shower head was terrible, water spray everywhere
