If you want a great holiday or just a stop for the night this place has it all everything you need is at hand nature is right at the doorstep. - Irene (6/5): Stay was fine but a bit more attention to detail and cleanliness would have been good. - On a lovely quiet lake, lovely clean outdoor spaces and a lovely area to walk around. Easy to get in and out of via boom gate code. Staff were pleasant too. I can only comment on our accommodation. The furnishing were dirty and stained- that is- lamp shades in the bedroom, blinds and curtains in the living room and we didn’t have a blind in the kitchen so we were being looked into by neighbouring property guests at night unfortunately. Also we couldn’t contact anyone after hours for things like batteries for the remote control which worked periodically and the tv not working at all in the main bedroom. We should have all these working for the price we paid per night. Otherwise given a discount. Would have been good to have an information folder on display to refer to perhaps for services in the area and their hours of operation.

We’ve stayed here before and it was fine, but this room (M2) wasn’t value for money. - Check in staff lovely, and friendly Position on lake terrific Couldn’t see tv from bed and there was nowhere else to sit. Television was coming off the wall (very risky). Microwave on top of fridge and there was no room to open its door unless you opened the freezer door first. Only two electrical plug points in the kitchen -fridge in one, second was microwave, electric jug had to plug in over toilet basin. Toilet “ran” all night, basin tap needed new washer and so couldn’t turn the water off fully. No fly screen on the door. Painting had been patched on the walls but needed a whole coat of paint

- Isabella (9/5): Very happy guest! - Super friendly check in experience, excellent facilities, very beautiful and neat park overall! Our room was very spacious, with great hot water and pressure. The bed was super comfy and had a beautiful outlook over a grassed bbq area with the cutest resident ducks. We also did a load of laundry, which was very easy to navigate and it's great you can pay via card. We brought our cats with us for a long weekend to see family and they enjoyed every minute! Plenty of room for them and lots of windows to people watch! The park is very quiet at night and generally during the day, lots of families and friendly people! Overall we were very very happy! The room was clean but had a fair bit of dust (maybe cleaned a few days before and it was empty?) nothing huge! There were also a few bugs inside, but the location and damp conditions are likely the cause. Very minor things, we overall loved our stay!

The position of this park, and of its facilities could not be bettered. Biggest and best marks go to the lady at the desk, what a treasure!

Water pressure was poor. Bed was in wrong location if you wanted to watch the TV. Nowhere to hang clothes as the rod in wardrobe was broken. No curtain in room and blinds were broken. Fluorescent lights were flickering .

Great customer care.. love this The cabin needs a bit of update .. old sofa.. dining table and chairs linkage in the bathroom after shower which was a non-stop cleaning. The dishwasher was not clean, lack of proper cooking pots .. no chopping board... no baking dish. Disposition of the 2x2 seated sofa to watch TV is not correct. Lots of people not respecting the rules.. like group of teens jumping and fighting in the pool as if it was their property.. could not use the pool at all and no one to stop that. Others doing charcoal bbq where is was not allowed... still no one to stop them .

The location was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. The whole park felt incredibly clean and well cared for, which made such a difference in how relaxed we felt. Our cabin was comfortable and welcoming, and the bed was surprisingly cozy after long days of exploring. It all came together to create a stay that felt easy, refreshing, and genuinely enjoyable. There was no vacumm or mop only a Broome in the cabin, which isn't ideal for a week long stay and having carpet inside and wet weather wasn't very great.

- Kimberley (5/5): Nice cabin fit our family of 5 great with everything we needed. - the cabin the pool was gross full of sunscreen hair and no space to move the park was so full maybe a 2nd pool would help.

- Craig (8/5): Happily stay again - Location is very good for a small park. Right on the waters edge of Lake Macquarie. Comfortable distance to the coast and the freeway. All facilities ( supermarket /petrol stations within a close proximity. The refrigerator( freezer) in Cabin 1 did not function well … did not keep things frozen but food stuffs in the fridge section were frozen

- Nick (10/5): Great Place to relax and unwind with the family - Great place to stay with Family and Friends, Lots of fun activities for the Kids including the pool, jumping pillow and go cart hire. Do some fishing in the lake or take a nice walk. Close to IGA and shops if you need anything extra. Staff were very nice and happy to help with any issues. Cabin we stayed at was roomy for our family, would definitely return. They also provided free sausage sizzle on our second last day which was nice of them. our Stay was very enjoyable nothing to dislike.

- I5127MQkathyb (10/5): Fantastic park - The cabins were very spacious, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The park is fantastic, offering beautiful walking tracks along the lake and plenty of activities for young families. The staff were always friendly, approachable, and happy to help.

- Hanan (10/5): Grandkids absolutely loved the pool, just perfect for those summer days. Having an IGA and cafe close by was just conven - Great little spot…Convenient not too far from Sydney. The kids absolutely loved the pool, it was very handy, the 2 double storey cottages accommodated our families they were 100metres from the lake which was ideal. Also having an IGA and cafe close by was just the perfect holiday setting for the entire family. Gas bbq utensils were missing however when requested they were quickly able to provide.
