She was so friendly when I arrived a little earlier than I expected The bathroom floor got completely wet when I showed. And I was disappointed there was not a microwave or toaster in the room. I wasn't able to eat once I arrived which was not good for my medical condition.

It was not as advertised. the towels also smelt damp and like bleach. - I actually am going to contact you for a refund as there were multiple things that were wrong including airconditioners that did not work, electrical items drilled to the wall and there was no fridge and I needed to put my daughters insulin in the fridge. Not what I expected at all. The rooms ( we were changed twice - all smelt.) It came across as unsafe to stay there. We also thought there was a mini fridge in the room. but there wasnt. and we needed that for medical supplies.

The carpet was filthy and had mould, the bathroom was disgusting and had mould all over it and it smelt, the walls were covered in filth and not wiped over for months, the linen had obvious stains, the bed was old and uncomfortable, likely caked in germs. The hallways were filthy and had mould in the carpets. This place needs to be completely gutted and fully renovated and disinfected or completely demolished.

Can not imagine having a third person staying with us using the bunk bed and also having an overnight bag taking up floor space. Bathroom had a weird smell in it and a constant stream of baby cockroaches coming from somewhere. Clearly a nest inside the wall. Disposed of no more than 5 and a couple more came out while showering.

- Erin (7/5): - Comfortable beds, friendly staff, right next to a hotel with a good bistro for dinner. Bathrooms are tiny, not well ventilated and mould stained grout. Room smelt like bleach and had to keep window open.
- Joseph (7/5): A driving holiday stay - It was a comfortable experience but the hotel is looking a bit aged. The rooms were a bit shabby but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic. I just had a cup of tea. The very good aspect was available parking. Access to the supermarket and restaurants were good. Nothing much to complain about

The plumbing also needs some repairs, it was hammering in the morning. The neighbourhood pub/club also played loud music into the night, some good earplugs will block this out though!

- Stellacci (3/5): Estremamente deludente - Costa poco in questo periodo ed il parcheggio è gratuito. Staff sorridente e disponibile. Il frigo è in comune nel lobby e viene svuotato oggi giorno alle 17 quindi bisogna stare molto attenti (anche perché è posizionato nel locale lavanderia, quest'ultima a pagamento). La porta di ingresso dell'hotel non si blocca la sera dopo che lo staff se ne va, il che rende la sicurezza dubbia. La camera per tre adulti è claustrofobica, non c'è spazio per muoversi né per aprire una valigia, il letto a castello sopra quello matrimoniale non è adatto neanche ad un bambino e il materasso ricorda più un futon giapponese. I muri sono molto sottili e si sente persino chi fa la doccia nelle camere di fianco. Ma il bagno è decisamente l'aspetto peggiore: minuscolo, malandato, e sporco. La doccia era ricavata in un angolo e aveva solo una tenda, quindi si allaga tutto e l'acqua cola anche nella camera pur tenendo la porta chiusa; aveva anche un buco nel muro (la manutenzione lasciava molto a desiderare). La ventola non c'era e tutti i piccoli appendini per gli asciugamani erano mezzi staccati dal muro. Il lavandino e il wc erano piccoli e bassi. Infinitamente scomodo.
