The pool was amazing for the kids , they really enjoyed it . Also loved how there was a laundry room available. I didn't like how the lounge didn't feel like home, it would be nice to add more furniture to the lounge area. Also how we don't get fresh towels in our rooms after 2-3 days . I didn't like how the pool closed early could keep it open till 10 .

- Rieke (4/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very large and great for swimming. The bed was comfortable! Unfortunately, the cabin we stayed in was not very clean, and every day we had to remove cockroaches. The reception kindly gave us an insect spray, which was nice, but unfortunately it didn’t really solve the problem. The floor in general seemed to have only been cleaned superficially, and the refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Overall, the level of cleanliness was not satisfactory. When we checked out, the reception staff informed us that they are currently doing a major clean-up and pest control to solve the problem.

The bungalow wasn’t that clean , seemed as though no one had booked it for ages. It was also so far from the facilities that we had to drive to the pool. The mushroom sprinklers gave the illusional of a kid safe splash park but it’s actually quiet deep for little kids.

- David (10/5): An excellent family friendly park at a reasonable price. - Convenient, clean and it has everything we needed. The pool, spa, jumping area and children’s play area are excellent. We have stayed here three times previously. The nearby shopping centre with a Coles, Aldi and food stalls is also a real bonus. We will definitely stay here again. It was quite muddy near the cabin due to cars parking on the grassed area but this is hard to avoid particularly as we had heavy rainfall overnight.

- M (7/5): Average. Worked for two adults, Don't think it would be suitable for a family. - Specifically chose cabin with kitchen. Easy to book a late arrival. Cabin had cooking facilities. Separate bedroom. Soft queen bed. Rainfall shower head. Plenty of hot water. Adequate cooking provisions and cutlery e.g. frypan, saucers, plates. cutlery, jug. Good size fridge. Bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner available (only used body wash - refreshing smell). Staff were accommodating and quick to respond to any queries/concerns. Park was generally quiet. Cabin was dated but comfortable. Floor in bathroom was damaged with a mat over it (floor was damaged). Hot water was good, until it wasn't i.e. shower would go cold and had to turn the tap off and back on for hot water to return. Double bunk was in living area - not good for kids who use bunks because the only tv was in the living area. Only aircon was in bedroom. TV worked but was small. One 2 seater lounge provided so probably not adequate for a family. Lounge needed a side table. Front door had lovely stained glass feature, but let lights from vehicles and site lights directly in - very bright in living area where bunks are. Front hot plate in kitchen didn't register frypan, and therefore didn't always work (however, was provided a bench oven cooker). No tv in bedroom (fussy, but would have been useful). Needed a sharp knife in the kitchen (not just a steak knife). Be prepared for noisy children riding bikes and scooters. They also will play around/behind your cabin. Such fun, not. Door on small laundry wouldn't open (could access main laundry). Boom gate was playing up (wouldn't register in one direction, then bounced up and down and wouldn't let cars through - witnessed, but not personally experienced).

Well equiped with a fridge, air fryer and microwave The room needed some updating. The door wouldn’t lock properly from the inside. The shower leaked to the point the wooden frame was falling apart. Could do with a good clean - there were old French fries under the bedside table. The mattresses on the bunk beds were so old we could feel the springs coming through. The screen doors either didn’t lock or were permanently locked so couldn’t be opened.

- Sherna (8/5): Very enjoyable, but had to spend more money with takeaway food as camp kitchen was not useful. - pool area is fabulous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Camp kitchen was very well air conditioned, but the facilities are pretty terrible. It needs a big upgrade, and some new everything. Dealing with a broken toilet had to wait until the next day.

I would definitely book again. The pool is very clean as well as big, and I think it is a great holiday stay if you have kids. There is a big jumping pillow and many activities to join in on. I have nothing to say

- Victoria (10/5): Perfect secluded getaway. - We stayed in the safari cabin and it was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved it and it had all the essentials we needed. We even had a bbq with our room so after a day of swimming we ended it with a bbq. They have a gaming room but we didn’t have time to check it out. Their staff was amazing especially the receptionist which I forgot her name, but she sure had some good Kiwi jokes! & John the Filipino caretaker, he’s such a hard worker. They made us feel so comfortable, we will definitely be back. I highly recommend if you’re wanting a getaway from the busy streets, relax and enjoy quality time. I didn’t like that we didn’t stay long enough!

- Leilehua (9/5): All in all, a very satisfying cabin to stay with my family while attending a funeral. - The standalone 2 bedroom cabin we stayed in was clean, the beds very comfortable and shower the best I have used in a while, a kin to 5 star hotels I have stayed in previously. The car park was muddy and dark when returning late from a family funeral, perhaps solar lights and creating cement car parks for the cabins would make it easier for visitors.

- Kylie (8/5): We loved our stay over all. Kids loved the activities available - We loved the pool, playground and jumping pillow. As well as the scavenger hunt All staff were wonderful! The toilet in the cabin has a leak and dripped slowly all night.

- Anna (7/5): Amazing staff, fabulous pool and facilities for families or groups. We will be back. - Amazing staff - efficient, super friendly and do all they can to assist. Our villa floor wasn't clean (pile of debris from last guest had been swept up but was still behind the bin). Room wasn't clean and there were constant dripping in bathroom tap and shower head. However, when I noted these they were taken seriously and staff apologised and said it would be addressed as a priority.
