- Ashley (4/5): Lovely staff - Lady that greeted me was lovely Got absolutely no sleep as there was a constant tinging noise in the room...not sure if it was the fridge or something outside but after a long drive before arriving and a long drive in the morning I wouldn't stay again. Left at 4.30 am the room was ok for a budget motel...little stinky

The cleanliness in general was substandard.The armchairs were visibly dirty & grotty on the arms, as were the sink tap surrounds in the bathroom. It was as though they thought that was OK?

Terrible accomodation Blood stains on the curtains Exposed wires in the room as the cover of the bedside light was missing and anyone could touch the exposed wires. Electric cord hanging down for a child to reach and turned on. Horrible smell. After we complained about the light the staff left a rude note sticky taped to the TV in our room.

- Steven (3/5): Cleanliness issues ruined stay. - Staff were friendly and the pool is open until a decent hour. Bed is big. We had dirty mugs in the room and it was evident the toilet hadn't had a proper clean in months. If this is the things that are obvious, you have to wonder what else hasn't been cleaned properly or if the sheets have been changed. The wifi & air-con were also patchy, and there were no wi-fi details in the room. There was no buttons accessible for the jets in the spa.

- John (4/5): Very disappointing, it could be so much better with a little maintenance and car and attention. - Very Comfortable Bed, nice enough room, quiet, spacious surroundings. Upon arrival the Motel looked dilapidated and derelict, the main Motel sign is very faded, and the grass was tall and un-mowed, the gardens were full of weeds. The room had an uncleaned outdoor table and ashtray, thread bare towels, hand towel and bathmat. The noisy air conditioner was set on 16 degrees but could not reduce the temperature below 22. No Mowing or gardening has not been done for at least six months or more, there are tree suckers growing in gardens three meters high, grass is growing across the bricked pathways. The pool has not been cleaned or filled to an acceptable level.

- 732lynettef (4/5): Derelict motel - The 1st impression of the motel from the highway is that it's closed and has been for at least 6 months. Overgrown shrubbery, lawns and hedges. Weeds taller than the hedges. The pool was not clean. The room seemed clean but the drains stink (a sign blames the water quality) The bed was very comfortable but no service to your room on the weekend. The air-conditioner was very loud and not effective in keeping the room cool

- Brittany (1/5): It was a nice quiet location, although room very unhygienic and staff not helpful. - Location was good The room was not clean. Our bedding had stains and hairs all throughout, the spare blankets had a very bad smell. We ended up going to the local shops and buying our own bedding.

- Sarah (3/5): The cleanliness of the room was well below average - The floors were filthy, there were at least 15 dead flies and someone else’s left over dinner under the dining table in the room. There was someone else’s left over food and open drinks in the fridge and The bedding had stains. My baby had just learnt to crawl so was crawling around chewing on these things as I unpacked the car. My baby’s knees and feet were filthy after just 2 minutes of crawling on the floor. I told reception in which they came and looked in the room and then returned with the vacuum. The pool was also below average.
