• Eason (10/5): All I can say is awesome. - Great location, very nice room, clean and tidy. A real bonus was having a washing machine and clothes dryer in the foyer outside our room. Also the motel was nice and handy to my son and daughter in laws Grandma Shields bakery that we were able to visit for the first time. Highly recommended and would stay again. Just the driveway entrance was a bit tight to negotiate.
• William (7/5): A serviceable unremarkable motel - The Motel is in a great location on the Main Street in Lorne. Our room was clean and functional. Good for a one night stay. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Access is via a very narrow steep drive tucked between two buildings in the busy commercial area. The room was small and basic. Ok for one night but wouldn’t want a longer stay.

Could leave my car there on the Saturday whilst officiating instead of the hassle of trying to find a park. I had the same room that I had last year and it is great the entrance is inside an additional door. There was some sort of party above on the Saturday night

Nice to get some milk provided as it's always annoying to have to buy a full carton. Also salt and pepper. Dishwasher worked a treat and washing machine available. Position right on main street very convenient and quiet at night. Recommend. The entrance to the parking was a bit tricky, fine once you knew but initially hard to find.

• Tiffanny (8/5): Nice place! - The location is very near the beach and shops. The space is comfortable, and the balcony offers a beautiful view. Nice place for a couple of nights. The kitchen's rubbish bin was full, causing an unpleasant odor. The Wi-Fi connection never works.

Since it is a 2 storey villa, perhaps it would be a good idea to install another heating system on the staircase landing to heat up that area as well as the entrance as the heater in the living area only heats up the upper floor (especially cold during winter stay). The heater in the twin bed bedroom was not able to heat up the room well. My son had to sleep on the sofa upstairs as that’s the only place he could get some warmth. My daughter ended up sleeping in my room with me.
