• Komal (5/5): Great villas, but could be cleaner. - Beds were super comfortable. The villa was big and spacious with great views. Each villa had own parking and easy to get too. Staff at front desk were quiet helpful and friendly. There were very tiny dead insects on the bathroom floor (took a few pics). Maybe this could have been cleaned up before guests arrive. There was a spiderweb on the entrance to the get in the shower. :/ There shower floor itself could have been a little cleaner.. I mean it is a hotel right? There was spider web coming down near the bath tub. Personally, first looks matter, and unfortunately as soon as I entered.. the first thing I noticed were the spiderwebs on the front door where the number was written and on the lights on the wall. I know I got the room on a special price, but still expected a cleaner room with atleast no spider webs inside. Every thing else was amazing, but cleaning could be better.

Nothing major but a few maintenance items (cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, hard to close bathroom doors) to be completed to bring the rooms up to scratch. The fridges did not have any items in them to purchase, which when you are miles away from any shops, makes it a bit inconvenient.

Large huge showers and lively soft towels. But i may need to mention to gentlemen staff to wear a form of deodorant.. There was a Crack in the bathroom floor and I cut my foot as it was quite sharp.. Bed sheets had a hair in them by the pillow....No drama-just mentioning. But thats just wear and tear..no stitches needed ..im not complaining just mentioning.

Just a few little things like we only got 4 tiny individual servings of milk-a small carton or bottle would have been appreciated, as would plunger coffee. Door to outdoors in our unit was stiff to close & bath looked like it should be a spa but had no button to turn on. Floor in bathroom also got very slippery when wet-be careful!

The accommodation is quite outdated, the doors wouldn’t close properly, marks everywhere including the ceiling, an old radio is installed in the bedside table that kept on going off randomly which woke us up multiple of times during the night. The bathroom fan kept on making random noises too. Needs a good makeover and will be perfect!

• Jessica (8/5): Comfortable but minor issues - Room is massive and clean, comfortable space to be in, very comfortable bed and lovely ocean view. Great aircon and we enjoyed breakfast! The staff were also so lovely all throughout the property. Distance between properties and/or reception are too far to not offer golf cart hire for use especially for special events. We stayed across multiple rooms (booked separately) and one of the rooms had constant issues with the key swipe not working. We had to call reception 2-3 times to fix it. It became a nuisance at the end of the night and not being able to get into the room!

• SUMMER (10/5): The perfect stay away! You have to experience it! - We loved how it was away from the city center. Very quiet and peaceful associated with beautiful views. As you enter through the front gates it was like entering into another country. The grounds were immaculate! Reception was amazing and quickly had our room and everything we needed to know sorted very quickly. Loved the 18 hole golf course! It was so much fun! The pro shop were so great! Very informative and helpful from the get go. The driving range was awesome! So handy having the driving range walking distance from our room. And it was never crowded while we’re there which was great! The breakfast at Formosa was delicious every time! The eggs were my favourite! Our room was immaculate over looking the course and beautiful harbour. Very clean! Spacious and super comfy!! There was nothing much we didn’t like about the property. If there is anything that would have made our stay better would have been if the villa had a kitchennet that included a microwave and a laundry service in the rooms. If not then Having a laundry service readily available for its customers who are staying on site longer than a night especially if your playing on the course.

• Fred (7/5): I wouldn't go there again. Too far from airport, friends and family. Ok for a wedding if everyone is - The coffee shop. Bed was large and comfortable. Outlook was ok. The staff member was helpful letting us use his mobile as our network was down. We were stuck in the furthest cottage and not offered any transport down to our room or when we were checking out. I had to trudge up the hill dragging my luggage. Very disappointing when it looks so "posh" It was dark and raining after dinner and my husband being elderly found it quite daunting trudging on the wet bitumen. The room wasn't cleaned until nightime. 2 tea bags and old miniscule milk. We arrived for breakfast at 9.30 Sunday morning and most of the food was gone...no bread, eggs, hash browns etc. Very poor for $30.00 per head

We travelled on a motorbike so couldn’t bring supplies, would’ve been nice to have some water in the fridge, didn’t really enjoying drinking water from bathroom tap, wasn’t much milk either. I would have definitely purchased from a mini bar had there been one.
• Regan (7/5): Satisfactory - Parking at the room Duplex villa setup - the neighboring room came in at midnight and had a party (there was a wedding on there that evening). Was short lived (I think management got involved) but was very loud being on the other side of the wall. Bathrooms are massive and a little tired, serviceable for sure but very strange setup, water pressure in the shower was poor. Wondering if we were given a wheelchair access room? The guy at the front desk was a little vacant, I mentioned the party situation to him twice and he didn't acknowledge it. Like he was there in body but his mind was elsewhere. Weird as there was no one else around.. But - overall, good value for money. Our experience was only marred by others, not so much the facility.
• Pip (8/5): Hidden gem…great for a staycation - The villa’s were extremely spacious, from the large bathrooms to the ample lounge space and bedrooms. The room we were initially assigned had a broken toilet, we were given another room. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.
• Huikun (9/5): 环境很好，必须要自驾才方便 - 环境一流 早晨起来可以直接到高尔夫球场散步，吹着海风。太舒服了。 房间比想象的大很多，双床房的床都是king size的。住4个人都很宽敞。酒店服务也很好，我们飞机误点了到达酒店都11点，酒店的前台一直很热心的办我们办理了手续，并用高尔夫车把我门送到了房间。 位置有些偏，uber 打不到车，摆脱前台帮我叫了本地的出租车，等了快一个小时才到。
