A little run down, a few noisy tradies talking and swearing outside in the evening, can’t open the windows and there was a very strong deodoriser used prior to our arrival, which was hard to dissipate.

• Kerry (8/5): Brilliant, Margaret on reception, the owner I think, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would - It looked ordinary from the reception area but when I saw the inside of the motel, with the pool, palms and outside areas it was wonderful. Absolutely great that you enter the room near carpark and another door leads to the outside areas. Nothing, it’s a little dated, but fine.

The room overlooked the pool and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was value for money and I would certainly stay there again. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

• Russell (8/5): A Leeton getaway - My son and I were given a room upgrade so I didn't need to go up and down stairs. The family room was very spacious and great for two adults. All was clean and the motel is centrally located. No complaints
