- _G_T_ (7/5): - Struttura pulita e personale accogliente, nonostante la barriera linguistica. La struttura non è vicinissima al centro.
- Anne (10/5): -
- NABIL (9/5): - chambre de bonne taille avec balcon
Petit déjeuner correcte.
personnel sympathique douche sans parroie meme si c'est souvent le cas au Vietnam.
piscine intérieure mais il fait trop chaud .

- Matteo (10/5): Good -
- Thomas (6/5): Old hotel and a bit shabby - Lotus flowers on the terrace
Towels in form of a swan
Good breakfast although I prefer a buffet formula Small swimming pool
Breakfast tables were dirty
- Oehler (9/5): Superb - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Happy to give advice on travel, sightseeing etc. Really good location. Only a few minutes walk from town.
Our water supply in the bathroom stopped working, however the staff reacted really quickly and fixed the problem.
- Nicole (10/5): Great location, lovely rooms and helpful staff - We initially booked for 4 nights and ended up extending for another 3. Perfect location - a stones throw to attractions and the old town with lots on the door step. Lovely clean rooms, and the staff were all incredibly kind — from the reception and security to the ladies who cleaned the rooms, always smiling and happy to help. The indoor pool was also a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bad (10/5): HOA MY III - Staff is great, Extremeky helpful with breakfast, tours, rides, or whatever you need. The hotel is good. I really enjoyed my stay at HOA MY II HOTEL. I enjoyed the books they provide for reading. Thin walls, but it's okay
- Kate (7/5): Good -
- Hongyi (8/5): Not bad - The room is good for this price and the staff is very welcome. You can ask them for help at any time and they will help you.
And most importantly ,the Banh mi of the restaurant in the opposite of the hotel is the thing you must try in Hoian.No1 in VN I guess ( I have been to most major cities in Vietnam) Maybe there’ll be one or two mosquitoes in your room,
I think it will be much better to provide a mosquito incense in every room
- Sam (9/5): Great staff service and comfortable room - The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable with great bathroom facilities The swimming pool in the middle meant the steps and floor in the halls were a bit wet, but it was usually pretty dry so it was fine
- Linas (10/5): Nice stay in Hoi An - Good location short walk away from the old town. Many food places around. Friendly and helpful staff
- Ciara (8/5): Very good -
- Marcus (7/5): Good -

- Helen (7/5): Good -
- Malene (6/5): Pleasant -

- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Heidi (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, great location! We loved this place, it was warm, cozy and had a personal feel to it. -
- Marylou (9/5): Good bargain for a short stay in Hoi An. - The room was a nice size and had a lovely balcony - although there was nothing on it, but you could walk out and observe the street. They had breakfasts, made to order......very nice. Nothing. The location was a bit farther from the old town then I would have liked, but not their fault!
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room and the location were great! The pillows were a little hard.
- Stephen (9/5): Clean, comfy and good value; on a quiet street in the center of Hoi An - Excellent location, good value, friendly team.
- Lahcen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lahcen (10/5): According to my personal experience with my friends, the place is amazing, clean, quiet and the staff is nice. - Good I like everything
- Dion (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roisin (9/5): Superb -
- Janis (7/5): Value for money but not for people who cannot climb stairs - The room was spacious for 3, location was convenient and staff are friendly and helpful The tap for the shower was difficult to adjust, most of the time it was too hot. Also the rooms are not very soundproof so gets very noisy when others in the other rooms make noise coming or going. Not having a lift is also bad for seniors. We truly appreciate the friendly staff for helping us with the luggages when we check-in and out.
- Divya (8/5): Very good -
- Matilde (8/5): Very good -
- Srinivasan (8/5): Very good - There’s a 4% credit card charge
- Luis (7/5): Perfect location and staff, rooms could be better. - People were extremely kind and helpful, hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. Location is also very good, if staying for short period fantastic value. Rooms need to be renovated, bathrooms were bellow acceptable, was sorry to see that as staff was so nice with us.
- Natalie (5/5): Passable - Good location, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good to have umbrellas that we could use for a wet stay in Hoi An. Room was not very clean and there was not much soundproofing so it was noisy. Not really much natural light in the room so it felt quite dark. We booked a superior double room but I’m not sure that is what we got given.
- Lindon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (8/5): Very good -
- Derek (7/5): Good -
- Tamara (10/5): Amazing location and staff members - The location is great, about 10min to the old town, river and temples, the ladies working there go above and beyond to help you, and plan tours, breakfast is also very good! No elevator
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance into Old Town. The street has quite a few places to eat, get massaged, and have a coffee along it . The old Vietnamese bathroom shower saga where everything gets wet whilst showering, and has no ventilation.
The person who starts to sell shower curtains and exhaust fans here, will become a millionaire.
- Kamila (6/5): Pleasant - The personel was very kind and helpful but the hotel is not well maintained, there’s mold everywhere and we decided not to stay in this hotel.
- Adrian (8/5): Good quality/price - Great location
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Bike rental, balcony, location and pleasant staff
- Elliot (9/5): Nice spot! - Great location and pool Could be cleaner
- Amber (9/5): Superb - Very good location, a 10 minute walk to the river and night market. Receptionist was very friendly. Room and bedroom was clean and spacious with a fridge and air con. Pool was very good too. We booked a trip through the hotel for coconut boats which was brilliant. Good choice of breakfast available. Towels weren’t changed, despite room being cleaned. Uncomfortable pillows.
- Alexander (9/5): Superb -
- Sevilla (8/5): Not too bad. Its very decent hotel. - The location it has cafe’s and spa outside the hotel. Some rooms are not clean compare to the other rooms. I also noticed that some rooms are renovated but ours is out dated.
- Michelle (10/5): Fabulous place in a fabulous location. - Loved that the pool was indoors. Many things were walkable and our rate even included a small breakfast. Everyone was friendly and we felt at home. It was an easy walk to a market, the river with the lanterns, the Hoi An Memories show which I highly recommend. The bed is hard but most are in Vietnam.
- Morgane (4/5): A bit disappointing - - One of the staff member was really nice
- Wifi worked well (room 104, next to reception)
- Good location
- Swimming pool okay
- Free bike - Absolutely not soundproofed. You can hear everything, especially in the rooms on the ground floor. Construction going on every morning too.
- Power cut in my room on my last night. Had to pack everything and go to another room at 9pm. Not ideal.
- Mattress not super comfortable, a bit hard
- My room (104) had no windows
- Wifi and Tv didn’t work well in the 2nd room (103)
- Floor was sandy, not super clean
Basically a bit disappointing given the price per night. Not good value for money. You can find something better in Hoi An.
- Fatima (7/5): Budget-friendly hotel for a short stay in Hoi An - Very friendly staff. They help you everytime you need it. Bike rental is for free and good enough for driving through Hoi An.
We booked spontaneously one additional night, it was no problem.
The bed was cozy and the room got tided up every day, thank you! We had a room without window and a bath without ventilation. The air quality was stifling.
We did not use the pool. The water looked cloudy, so we were afraid, that it is not clean.
Unfortunately, two of four days there were many ants on the floor of our room and in some bags. We do not know why, there were no open food or drinks.
In the morning it was quite noisy outside (crying child, construction equipment)
- Ruben (9/5): Superb -
- Ivana (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect, good location, bicycles and swimming pool for free
The receptionist speaks good english Everything ok, we stayed one more night because of it :)
- Francisco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Santhosh (9/5): Superb - Used free bicycle rent Breakfast was minimal option
- Mariia (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Staff
- Robert (8/5): Adverage room that had cockroaches - Close to old town centre We didn’t get the room that we booked and breakfast was only just
- Greg (7/5): Good - Big open room It was very noisy from guests and staff "talking" to each other.
- Jenny (8/5): Lovely - Amazing location right in the old town but on a quiet street! Nice rooms. The staff were so lovely and helpful and gave use great recommendations for tailoring and restaurants The pool is in a random place indoors so not really appealing to use.
Some of the bikes don’t work, make sure to check before you leave that the chain is working
- Baillie (10/5): Exceptional - Very helpful staff, wonderful facilities and service.
- Kailey (9/5): Great value for money - Spacious and clean rooms. Staff let us store our luggage early in the morning until we could check in. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing, short walk to Old Town and many restaurants around. Bikes free to use. Construction started at 7am, but we are early risers so didn’t bother us much.
- Oliver (8/5): Very good - It’s an older hotel but the rooms are massive and comfortable with air conditioning. The indoor swimming pool was great to cool down after a hot day. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with booking tours. Good value for money
- Finley (7/5): Good -
- Jodie (9/5): Excellent!! Would recommend highly!!!! - Staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough to help. Room was very clean and always smelt fresh. They even sprayed mosquito spray each day and left the AC on so we came back to a perfect room each day and night. Also free bikes to use.
- Felicia (10/5): Great stay in Hoi An - The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Great indoor pool, great to cool off. Free bicycle hire which was really helpful and fun to get around on. Good breakfast. I'd recommend staying here. Close enough to everything but at night its quiet.
- Daniel (8/5): Nice Hoi An experience - Only a short walk to the city center. Free bikes so we could ride to the beach. Breakfast was pretty descent. Staff was helpful. Room clean and comfortable Everything was okay
- Laure (7/5): Good - Clean and comfortable bed No elevator in the property
- Olivia (8/5): Very good -
- Oisin (9/5): Superb - Great location, very helpful staff
- Sebastien (9/5): Friendly staff, central location & regular maintenance could be done - Very friendly staff, helping for many things (calling taxi, organizing tour, rent motorbikes, etc)
Very good location (quite and central) with free bicycles.
Simple but nice breakfast Hotel is not new anymore (maintenance and deep cleaning could be done)
Room on the ground floor is just next the reception and is sometimes noisy (check-in/check-out late-early)
Floors were cleaned (3 rooms) with a too strong perfumed and sticky detergent (the heavy smell last for 3 days), should use simpler cleaner.
- Marc (9/5): Superb - The staff was, great, we arrived at night, they helped us directly. They helped us with everything. Location in oldtown but a quiet street, lovely. None
- Maxime (10/5): The best spot to enjoy Hoi An - Everything was perfect. It is a quieter spot but with easy access to the centre.
However the standout is the staff. Everyone was so helpful, we could talk to them about planning our trip and they helped us organise everything. We extended our trip twice because it was so lovely here. There is nothing to dislike!
- Divya (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were so nice. I landed around 12 midnight and the security guy helped me find an adapter for my charger. This is a ladies owned hotel right in the middle of the centre offering free bikes. The room is so big and clean and great value for my money. They even arranged a taxi for minimal price to drop me to the airport at 5 am. Loved it ! Nothing
- Anugrah (10/5): Comfortable and Friendly - Exactly as described, the staff were really friendly.
We came 4-5 hours before check in, they provided us place to sleep for a bit till our room was ready.
The room was big clean and good. Nothing
- Erick (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, we had a room with a nice balcony. You can use bikes for free and you are close to the best banh mi I've ever eaten :)
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (10/5): Cute old styles hotel - Great little hotel in a very good location. Plenty of eateries and spas super close. Very clean comfortable rooms. Good air con, hot water, tea and coffee and small cold fridge. Recieved a very warm welcome. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Nice cool indoor pool. Fairly busy street but quiet at night. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. The stairs. We were on the 3rd floor should have requested lower level.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gavin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (10/5): Clean, convenient, very cordial staff - The hotel is convenient, very clean, quiet, and truly outstanding staff. Zero complaints!
- Piyaporn (8/5): Value for money - - very cheap price 😆
- the location
- the friendly staffs - there's some stains on the bedsheet (not big but visible) >> ask for replacement >> flip to the opposite side instead of replacing with a new one
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (8/5): Very good - Great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Big room. Quiet location only 10 min walk from Market. Free bike hire too.
- Wendy (7/5): Good -
- Lewis (10/5): perfect place for travellers - amazing location near shops, bakery and restaurants. very helpful staff too and lovely breakfast -
- Jodi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jurriaan (9/5): Stay at Hoi An - The staff was very friendly. Not all speak English but always willing to help! Helped us book tours and travels easily.
Bicycle free to use, but when busy might not be available so best to grab one in the morning when required.
Location is close to the old town and very quiet in night. Not that clean, but then again Vietnam has different standards!
- Karen (8/5): Very good - A good location close enough to the centre but far enough to not be in the thick of it.
Our hosts were very helpful with onward travel and the bikes were a bonus and the breakfast set us for for the day. We also spent one day riding on the complimentary bikes through the paddy fields and to An Bang beach.
- Herni (8/5): Beautiful Hoi An - Best location not far from the old town about 10 minutes walk, lot's of eatery and a small market nearby.
Lovely lady and helpful staff. Was planning to have a swim, beautiful indoor pool. The smell of the chlorine is to much 😷
- Mateusz (6/5): Pleasant -
- Corina (5/5): Passable - The hotel has the basics. the room is spacious. The air conditioning and ventilation worked wonderfully. We stayed in the room with a large bed and an additional single bed. The room was superficially clean. For example, there was a lot of dirt under the bed. The staff was friendly and very willing to help us. The pool is indoor, clean water with a lot of chlorine. We didn't try breakfast because during the first night we saw cockroaches near the kitchen area and we said we would have breakfast outside. No elevator.
