The outlook was beautiful with the rolling hills, the dam and the animals. Only downside was no wifi and no information booklet. But if you want a complete getaway from the online world, this place would be perfect.

- Soeren (10/5): Brilliant hide away! - Fantastic place, created with much love and care! Quiet and cosy with everything you need. Incredibly clean, peaceful setting and calming views.
The only thing was that the kids slept on the pull-out sofa bed. It was absolutely fine for our single night, but for more nights it would have been not ideal due to limited privacy and effort to built the bed each night (or have no sofa).
For couples, it's a perfect place, though!
Would absolutely come back if we are ever in the area again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The cabin was beautiful and warm..very clean and the hosts were lovely..would definitely recommended to anyone wanting a peaceful country getaway..

- Emma (10/5): Beautiful quiet clean cottage retreat - Had a Weber which was most appreciated. Plus complimentary shampoo, condition, soap, tea, coffee and some milk.
- Melih (10/5): Natural, cozy holiday - So peaceful and serene. Our favourite was having dinner on the deck (there is gas bbq), watching the sunset behind a blissful landscape, green fields, the pond and cute goats, cows around. Owners are wonderful people and with the super friendly cat and the dog, we felt well looked after. The cabin is compact, perfect size for a couple. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped.
About 20 minutes driving to Launceston, and it was also our base for visiting Cradle Mountain and Tamar Vally area, and always happy to return to the cabin at the end of the day to be surrounded in nature.

- Virgil (10/5): Tranquil, close to Launceston - I stayed for a long weekend, enjoying the commute to Launceston along the Tamar River. The cottage was a perfect place to relax away from the city. I could sit on the sundeck with my coffee watching the sun peek through the mist over the dam. I walked down past the post and rail fence one morning and strolled quietly along the dam wall and in the morning stillness I saw a platypus in the dam. Later, I could watch the cows doing very little and do much the same myself. Very relaxing!
- John & Bev (10/5): Delightful cottage getaway. - Tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Lovely & peaceful surroundings. Spent a lovely evening cooking on weber bbq drinking wine purchased early in Tamar Valley from Goaty Hill winery (recommended by Steve). Had fun gathering hazelnuts from the nut grove.
- Nandor (10/5): Cosy and quiet! - Had a fantastic stay. Owners were great, really helpful. Rooms are warm, cozy and clean. Will definitely be back!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beautiful, peaceful and quiet setting overlooking the farm. Only 2 lodges so no problems with lots of noisy neighbours. Front porch overlooks a large pond which had a visiting platypus in it while we were there. Owners were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

- barbara (8/5): Comfy overnight stay - Lovely friendly host & accommodation was super with beaut view from balcony.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean, quiet area, not too far out of Launceston.
- grace (10/5): - This was our first stop after a seven hour flight from Western Australia.
We were amazed at what we got for our dollar! Amazing value and comfort beyond our dreams. Wonderful setting for complete relaxation.
Will be back next year
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely, quiet and immaculately kept cottage, with separate lounge and bedroom/en suite. We so enjoyed our one night stay there....if travelling that way again in the future we would definitely stay again and probably a night or two longer!

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very well maintained cabins, very comfortable, a lot nicer than we expected.
- KH (10/5): Quiet cottage in the heart of the Tamar Valley - A lovely rural area. A great deal of care has gone in to making your stay as comfortable as possible.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very clean and well appointed - Well appointed, except for very uncomfortable lounge, NO air conditioning. could at least buy a couple of Pedestal fans.
Lovely surroundings, quiet and peaceful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Hazelcreek Cottages - Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Enough room for our party of three and far enough away from the city to get a great nights sleep! However its a little far if looking for a night life. If you're looking for relaxation I would definitely recommend these cottages.

- ROBYNE (10/5): Cosy cottage - We actually made this booking by mistake but it turned out to be a very pleasant spot that we enjoyed . It has a very relaxing atmosphere and would be stunning after a few rains as it's really dry at the moment. Nice drive to Delloraine to all the arts and crafts.
- AAA (10/5): Beautiful cottages just minutes drive from Exeter - We spent two nights in Hazelcreek Cottages and had a wonderful time. I loved the beautiful views, the super clean cottage and the little touches that made our stay so comfortable.
- Michelle (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful location - We loved staying at Hazelcreek Cottages during our holiday to Tassie. The cottages were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with good quality cooking utensils. Although it is about 30 mins drive from Launceston, it was worth it for the peaceful, tranquil location. We loved having breakfast on the patio, overlooking the dam and paddocks with sheep and cattle. It was the best accommodation we stayed in during the entire trip.
- phil and judy (8/5): Wooden cabin in countryside - The accommodation was a wooden detached bungalow within the grounds of the main house. The facilities and specification of the bungalow were excellent.the kitchen was well equipped with a two element electric hob and micro wave together with all necessary cookware and crockery. There was a seperate bedroom with a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a shower. The whole place had polished wooden floors and as you'd expect wood finish throughout. You had your own wooden decked area with a gas barbecue perfectly sited so you overlooked the fields of grazing livestock. An idilic evening outlook to eat your evening meal that you may have cooked on the barbecue.
All in all Elaine our host could not have been more helpful or friendly.
