Could not hear other guests arrive or depart. The shower had no pressure at all. It was dribbling. Not sure if all the guests were showering at 7 - 8 am, but our room (16) had zero pressure. Thankfully we didn't have to wash our hair etc.

We got what we paid for and it suited our needs. The room, whilst comfortable, was very small and cramped for a family of 4. The room had an old smell to it (stale cigarettes, etc).

The carpets were good. The bins were good. The doors made a nice sound. The scenery from the bathroom window was amazing. The soundproofing was good. The shower drains worked well. There was no concreted pathway to the pool. The wifi would occasionally drop out The beds were uncomfortable sometimes The housekeepers come too early. I would prefer 10:30 The key returns slot didn’t move. I would prefer one more similar to the ones used at libraries to deposit books. The hotel was too far from the railway station. The televisions were in a less-than-desirable location. The locking mechanism on the doors were not that good. I couldn’t access them when I didn’t have a key.

Sprinklers need to be toned down, we were cooking dinner and they sprayed right onto the bbq and showered our cooking meat. Later in the evening again with the sprinklers, we had our car windows down and they sprayed inside the car and then gave us a good soaking while we were sitting out on the patio enjoying a coffee. Apart from this everything else is good.

- Victoria (8/5): Old but worth the price - Loved how close it was to everything and such friendly staff, and handsome dog 🐕 ❤️ Unfortunately the only spot to get water was from the bathroom sink and with a little one who has formula yes i boil it but its still a little gross. The cot that was given was a bit old and a hard to put together. Yes the air-conditioning is amazing but I was still sweating during the night even though I had it set to winter 18°
