• Natalie (5/5): Located close to where we had to be but was very sketchy looking at first needs a good tidy up and refurbishing those Cr - It was surprisingly quiet from tenants perspective but air traffic was horrendous . No WiFi couldn’t get any wifi service on my phone even to hotspot,needs a good tidy up outside the cabins look nothing like the photos.The stairs going up to cabin doors need redoing they are a bloody hazard.Screen needs replacing on sliding door.TV is in the most peculiar position Atleast put it on a swivel arm to be able to watch it while in bed .Because those dining chairs are bloody uncomfortable.Aircon cuts in and out all bloody night so noisy at it’s position so if using the the bathroom and toilet you’re nice and cool..Last but not least when you know you have a booking coming in and it’s a stifling hot day Atleast put the aircon on to cool the place down was absolutely disgustingly hot and took ages to become comfortable.

• Aleisha (2/5): Horrible - The manager All of it. Park needs some serious attention. Cabin was gross and bed was like sleeping on concrete. Photos online are very old and not true. Do not recommend

• Erana (6/5): - The location as it was close to the concert venue. On arrival we were given a cabin that smelted 3 people. My booking was for 4. The Manager was very accommodating and was able to give us another room for 4 people. Upon entering the new room we could smell a very strong odour, which came from the aircon unit. The filters were filthy & mouldy. We turn the aircon unit off, opened all the doors to let the smell out but it was still rank.
• Viviana (7/5): - Room was clean. Whole facility is very dated. Aircon super old and noisy, but worked. Not flash, but very close to an event we were going to, and chosen because of that.
• William (3/5): Not worth the money - Bed was comfortable It should have refurbished a very long time ago, it was dark and dingy, nearly all the taps were faulty to some degree and was certainly not worth the money, would be much better to spend an extra $50/night at Midland caravan Park.

Too many dead flies inside and cobwebs outside for me Toilet sliding door was broken and wouldn’t close so no privacy in toilet or shower

• Brenda (8/5): - The cabin was large and very nice. Double bed was very comfy. Aircon works great which we needed in the hot days during our stay. Location to surrounding attractions was brilliant. Cheap service station with bits and pieces right at entrance. Bathroom is very narrow which makes drying awkward- but still doable. Second bed had a very thin, foam mattress which wasn't suitable for an adult. Management supplied a second thin mattress which helped make the bed more comfortable.

For being in the Swan Valley it just felt very run of the mill. Plus there was no wifi?

• Jude (8/5): Great location. Convenient. - Proximity to where our activities are located. Lots of good food in the area. Our apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. Easy check in and out. There’s small roaches. The bathroom door is water damaged and the sink was stained.
• Lorri-anne (1/5): Acclaim Swan Valley Tourist Park - Close proximity to where we wanted to be. The overall Caravan park & our accommodation was in a poor dirty condition. Our unit lacked in bed linen, bathroom linen and the kitchen lacked in cooking utensils. The floors were sticky (poorly washed) Spider webs & spiders living behind the blinds. No fan working in the very small and awkward bathroom. Mould on the ceilings. The outside appearance was rough as was the broken outdoor furniture. The cost for 3 adults for that standard was rude and we will never return nor would we ever recommend.

Steps on cabin loose and were not pleasant to use and one of outdoor chairs was broken. Place is in heart of Swan Valley and could be a beautiful spot to stay if it was done up.

• Helen (10/5): Was a brilliant stay regardless if a selfish few but I would still return for another visit - Clean , fantastic friendly staff Power outages constantly due to a tent site couple trying to use a large household air conditioner in their tent and tripping out everyone else’s power as they didn’t have the right power cords , even though they were spoken to numerous times they ignored the staff and showed rego respect for other travellers.

Very calm and went over and beyond to make our dates possible. She’s a huge asset to the company. Everything was good. The wifi connection was not great but it is explained as the NBN was not good in that area.

• Britney (1/5): Horrible and unpleasant. DO NOT STAY HERE - Nothing. The room being infested with cockroaches and staff making exscuses , I didn't appreciate the fact we had to leave the room in the middle of the night with a 2 year old to go find somewhere else to stay the night and the emergency number for the accommodation noone picked up.
