- Anthony (10/5): Very nice and a great location. - The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the park was very well presented and with great facilities. Our very recently refurbished unit was excellent but just lacked seating inside. This wouldn't be a problem during summer stays as it did have outside seating, however during the cooler months, these are not practical to use.

- Howells (10/5): - An exceptional kept campground. We used to run a campground up north for approximately 15 years and have been to many campgrounds around the country. This overall one definitely one of the best.

It needs alot more attention to the bedrooms they have stiff doors, dirty under the beds, also the staff were very miserable atleast 3 of them we came across.

- B (6/5): Overall a nice place to stay, I imagine it would be v. popular Summertime. - All amenities one would expect to find in a motel unit. 1/. We found the bed hard and didn't sleep so well. 2/. We also found the 2 Seater Couch (which appeared to be quite new - as it still had packaging on it from factory - make model # by way of clear heavy gauge plastic attached to the base front) - however the foam swabs on it though appeared thick and soft - we could feel the steel framing through it from the pull-out bed underneath, and not very comfortable coupled with the fact it was positioned at an odd angle to the tv mounted on the wall, this too possibly did not help for the comfort of it. 3/. Also, as a recommendation as one with Mobility Issues - I Had Booked a unit that would cater for this, however - As A Recommendation // ? // > I Would suggest a Similar type Fold Down Stool as in the Shower, mounted to the Bathroom Wall - as this would Greatly Assist With Getting Dressed, as it is No Easy to get dressed without a separate stool in the bathroom to assist with this. 4/. I Was somewhat disappointed to be told the easiest access to the unit (#109) was from one side, when it wasn't until the next day that we found a "marked carpark" at the rear, although there was an Unmarked carpark at the Front of the Unit, which was where instructed at the desk to go,, The Next Morning .. The Guest at Unit #112, Reversed into my Car and has done significant Damage to it ! Although he 'did' leave his number (early in the morning of the 7th May) when he departed, since contacting him He's informed me NO Insurance !!, and not informed me whom he works for his own car details etc although said was there on business - So Now I Am Left With a VERY Expensive repair which has left a Sour Taste in my mouth as this could have been avoided had I been directed to where the Correct Numbered Carpark was - to the Rear of our Unit 109.

Lack or no hangers, 2 days to affix window latch where maintenance ended up cracking window pane. 2nd bedroom needs more storage

- Stacey (5/5): Room had blown a fuse or something. No heating or hotwater. We did get moved to a nicer suite. Thank - Breakfast was ok. Nothing amazing. Burnt pancakes. We were expecting the Restaurant to be open when we arrived. It wasn't. We had to drag our toddler out to find dinner.

- marina (10/5): Unforgettable holiday 😍 - Very nice and clean room. Our teenagers love the heated pool, playing basketball, billiard, giant chest, the gym facilities and the giant pillow. Highly recommend. Keep them occupied. We also got some friends visiting and joining us, making it double fun! Definitely will come back again 👍👍👍👍👍 The kitchenette in the room is very small, but never-mind there's a community kitchen that is complete.

Certainly felt off season, some games out of order, wasn't sure if restaurant open in evening. 'Shop' only really sells milk and drinks no bread, butter, etc.

- Tamany (6/5): Disappointingly dirty. Nice for kids to make friends. - The staff were nice and the amenities for the kids were great. Close to the centre of town too. We had a unit where we needed to use the communal toilet and shower blocks. The showers were disgusting - like literally green stuff growing on the floor of the showers. My husband actually went and bought a bottle of bleach to put on the floor before any of us took showers (even though we had shower shoes). It was truly the most disgusting. I told staff about it in the morning; they said they would tell house keeping, but nothing had changed when I went back. It needs to be power washed to get rid of all the built up grime.

The in room phone didn't work. We were there a number of nights and the kitchen floor got dirty. There was nothing in the room for us to clean it ourselves

- Monika (8/5): - I added an extra night last minute and to accommodate us, the lovely receptionists upgraded us. Also, the complex is secure and the buffet breakfast was nice. Our stay was great but it would have better if the sofabed was more comfortable and if the rooms had ceiling fans.

- Sharon (4/5): Dirty , bad service and good size unit but that’s about it. - Good size unit Very dirty, clothes and shoes in the pool and they were there the whole time, no one removed them. unit was dirty especially dining area. Restaurant not open usual days which was a let down as this was the main reason we stayed here, washing machine took coins but we could not eftpos to get money/coins to use it, if I have to drive to get coins I will go to a laundromat, very disappointed overall and will not be back, advised staff as I left but they were not interested.
