- Elliott (7/5): A nice place to sit..and stay. - Under cover parking. The bed was comfortable. Too many beds and no clean chairs to sit on. They are doing up the kitchen area soon but I was there then. I stay a lot in motels due to volunteer pet sitting. A single lounge style chair facing the tv would make life more cosy.

Dog hair that never had been clean properly looked like from perhaps an older perament resident. The shower curtains hadnt been changed no cleaned and it was covetlred in mold .

- Senior (4/5): This is an annual visit to the area for us and we will probably look elsewhere next time. - The bed was relatively comfortable; the water pressure was good; a handheld nozzle would have been a good addition to the existing shower rose. This motel is very old and run down, bad points no meals available as the restaurant was not up and running. The shower curtain is very old school and is still not very effective at stopping water flow no matter what decade it is. The toilet ran all night; the bathroom door did not close properly and no power outlets on the bed side of the room. no lamp one bedside table. No shelf for the fridge door so taller drinks had to be laid down. The internet did not allow access and was unable to be used ha to connect using my iPhone hotspot.

- Leann (7/5): We were close to my daughter and her family - The hotel is within walking distance to town. The room was spacious and well laid out. The beds were comfortable. There was no teatowel or detergent and so we left the plates out but they weren't replaced. The showers spray out onto the bathroom floor.

- Wendy (8/5): The location was good and we would stay again if we were in the area. - We weren't able to get the motel's wifi working despite the detailed instructions. Both my husband and I tried it. The facilities, although old, were clean and tidy. Our check in at 5.30pm was via the mobile phone and not in person, although that worked fine and we were directed to the key safe and retrieved our keys in seconds.

- Caitlin (8/5): Clean and comfortable stay in quiet Kingaroy - The new owners are very friendly and check in was simple. The Motel is currently being refurbished but we had everything we needed. A comfy bed, hot shower, airconditioning, small fridge with milk and our room even serviced on Christmas Day! You get what you pay for with a country motel and we couldn't complain. We loved spending time in the pool too! We had issues connecting to the wifi but didn't care - just used our mobile data.

Friendly service and great value. - The owner was lovely - very friendly, explained that he had only owned the motel for about a month and was planning renovations. The decor is a little dated, however, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and close to town. Great value for money. We enjoyed our stay - very comfortable. I am sure it will be amazing once the renovations are carried out.

- Mia (10/5): Perfect for the price we paid, surplus to our needs - It was easy to find, close enough to all amenities, kids enjoyed the pool, aircon was great in all 3 rooms that we booked, staff were very friendly and happy to accomodate us with our last minute requests to add a third room to our booking and for the price we paid, it was perfect. 1 out of 3 rooms got ants on the first night which made me think this was an Ongoing problem because we hadn’t left any food out. Other than that it was fine.

- Andrea (2/5): Being an alone female traveler for work purposes I did not feel safe. - The room did not have any blockout curtains, so it did not feel private or safe. No lighting, only one light in the entry way and the bathroom. I think this is due to the fact that the room does not have adequate privacy. The room backed on to a residential property behind the motel. Easy to see into any room if other rooms don't have blockout curtains. There must be some sort of duty of care for the privacy of your motel guests. This needs to be addressed for future guests.
