- Bruce (10/5): Excellent property in a quiet location - An old house that is very well presented. One private bedroom (with ensuite) and loungeroom. The continental breakfast was plentiful with an excellent choice of cereals and seasonal fruits. The hosts live on site and are ever-attentive. It is located a few minutes drive from the centre of Mudgee but is well off the main roads so is very quiet. Would certainly recommend this property.

Kids slept on the sofa bed which was fine. Breakfast was fantastic. Hosts were delightful and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend.

Phil and Sharon's delightful place certainly met all our expectations. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we appreciated those little extras details such as serviettes in rings, toast served in toast racks like your grandmother used, jam spoons ... Phil has a wealth of knowledge about the local area and lots of interesting stories.

The accomodation was lovely with a seperate lounge area, large bedroom, with comfy bed, and a great renovated bathroom. The fireplace was wonderful and the home made cookies yummy. My kids loved the kids DVD selection and sleeping on the sofa bed. Location wise, it is a 2 minute drive into town. This was perfect as an alternative to staying at a motel in town. Much much nicer with a lovely host.
