Quiet Comfortable beds and linens. Great proximity to shopping centre and Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre Nothing, will use again!

• Yuri (9/5): Comfy and simple - Comfy beds, clean pool and common area, appreciated the kitchen was stocked with the right number of cups/plates for the people we booked for. All round a comfy and easy stay within walking distance from the superb Bomaderry Creek Nature Reserve Would prefer that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided in the shower through refillable pump bottles. The wastage from single use plastic screw top lids should be considered from a sustainability perspective.

• john (8/5): we will return if necessary to visit the area again. - The receptionist met us very warmly and assured we stayed in a 'quiet' room, given some guests would be arriving late after a wedding that evening. I appreciated that particular concern and the friendly way she expressed it to us much more elderly couple There was nothing to dislike.

• Bradley (7/5): Convenient place to stay for 1 night. - Nice place well maintained and clean rooms. Plenty of places to eat or buy your own food and drink. Not much can be done about this but it is close to a main road and my room was the closest to it and it's like it never stops.

• kalani (10/5): Absolutle incrtedible - It was perfect! The room was exceptionally clean, and was so much bigger than I thought! I didn't look too much into where I was staying or what things were called, I just looked for best value for money and this was exactly that! My expectations were exceeded! The bed was so comfy and so clean! I had the best time and whished I would have stayed longer to use the pool ect. The staff were super accommodating with my late check in as well!

• Olivia (8/5): For the price and location I don't think this place can be beaten. - The rooms are a little dated, with exposed brick and a slight musty smell, but the linens were clean and comfortable - the kids and adults slept well, and there was nothing wrong that I could pick out! It was close to where we needed to go and the kids enjoyed using the pool! Exposed brick and slightly musty smell.

Smoking area that was on other side of bbq wall - smoker was there when we were eating bbq dinner which was most unpleasant and not healthy for small children who were with us

• Richard (6/5): Everything was satisfactory until I slipped and fell getting out of the pool. - There is no handrail on the pool. I slipped and fell leaving a nasty gash on my left arm. There was no staff in attendance to report it to. While it may be okay for younger people I’m 78 years old and a handrail is certainly required for seniors. Richard Coulston.

It was the perfect location for my business trip with easy access in and out of the premises. Shops were close by and some fast-food places and Chinese restaurant were in the vicinity too. Nothing to dislike., thank you for a nice stay.

La réceptionniste nous a quand même fait le check-in alors qu’elle venait de fermer la réception. La piscine même si nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter Les horaires d’ouverture de la réception avec un message sur les arrivées ‘tardives’ (après 18:00!!!!) reçu le jour même seulement…

• Greg (5/5): Disappointed despite the apology from staff. - Easy access from and to the highway. The onsite check in was a disaster. Someone had dropped the ball big time. No one was at the reception upon our arrival. A key box outside reception which required a key code. Our confirmation email made no mention of this. Fortunately a notice was attached to the reception door advising if a key code was required to ring a given ph number. Call went to voicemail advising to leave a message and a response call would happen. Three calls later over the next hour....no response call. Examined the emails from Booking.com again and discovered a contact number, rang it and was able to talk to a human. Received our key code and gained access to out unit. Oh and another thing....the one ply toilet paper didn't cut it.
