• Briana (4/5): Expensive for what it is. - Position was great. Close to town. Easy to find as is on the Pacific highway Felt very dated. Someone entered our room while we were out and took 2 out of 4 towels. Did not replace them. There were 3 of us in the room and we didnt know whose towel had been used by whom as they were all moved. No towel racks in bathroom. Had to move the hand rail to close the bathroom door. States reception open 24 hours but there was never anyone in there. Just didnt feel safe or secure. Felt like a converted brothel. Aircon was turned off while we were out for a short time despite weather being over 30°c and the room was incredibly stuffy. So felt our every move was being watched. Could have gotten a cabin in a caravan park cheaper per night rates.

Price was high due to the time of year so not great value for what it was - but it served our purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just the price for the time of year given the quality of the room.

• Vanessa (1/5): Disgusting and our safety felt compromised - Nothing. Never ever stay here!!!!!!! The room was not what we ordered....we booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 queen and a set of bunks. There was mould on the ceiling, a used bandaid in the bathroom drawer. I believe it was an Asian drug den. We felt extremely unsafe. This was the only room left in Coffs and l would have felt safer sleeping in our car. The room was booked for 4 and we got 2 towels. Do not under any circumstances stay here EVER!!!!!!! Asian men were hanging around the outside of our room till all hours.

• John (10/5): Stay overall was great. - The room was nice and relaxing. Was very clean and facilities good. Easy access to establishment. Was very close to all shops and sporting grounds and attractions. The tv internet was very hard to get operating. Had a bit of lag. The controller was very slow to operate on the web as well. Was unable to Chromecast even though all the same internet was matching. But can't be fussy and such things as that.

• Daisy (10/5): Easy to check in and close to the highway - Comfortable super clean and has a smart TV. The staff were lovely and can walk to Woolworths and restaurants.
• Daisy (10/5): Second time staying because it's right off the highway and close to shops. Remember, when in Coffs Harbour — do not - Great, convenient, ultra-clean place to stop at and easy check-in. The staff are lovely and helpful.

• Gabrielle (6/5): Perfect for a stop over location if you’re travelling in between cities as it’s right on the highway - Location was perfect, we were just passing through on our way to brisbane so was perfect to rest for the remainder of our trip. Nothing I would say I didn’t like I guess as we were there for like 6/7 hours. Walls were a little thin but not the worst

• Kristy (6/5): Convenient location. Clean room. Cheap. - Clean. Location. Pool advertised, however on check in staff said pool not available. After a big drive kids would have liked a swim. If we knew there was no pool we could have shared elsewhere for same price. Smokers area not far from front door. Convenient for smokers but I hate seeing or smelling smoke.

• Kylie (1/5): - Location Everything. It was dirty, I wasn't given a sheet or a pillow. It wasn't 2 double beds in room like the photo and description. I had to sleep on a bunk bed with a piece of foam. It didn't even have a proper mattress. It was disgusting and I will never stay there again. I would tell everyone how bad it is.

The fridge kept making a loud noise every few minutes so had to switch it off. The pillow are way too big and hard… no comfortable
