• Anna Batten (6/5): - Lisa the manager was lovely, it could be a very lovely park Needs quite a bit done to it, needs a good clean up, seems the owner that owns several other parks can not be bothered, we had a cabin, squeaky floor, hot water ran out, beds are uncomfortable, we had to put our own blankets on the mattress for extra comfort, cabins need a good scrub and clean down on the out side, pictures definitely not true to what was advertised, and the pool has been filled in, so no pool, its a shame because its could be such a beautiful place, the manager is lovely, but she is only governed by the owner in regards to funds, definitely not worth the rate we paid, should be a lot better quality at the rate they are asking, if it was a refundable rate, we wouk Ld have cancelled and gone somewhere else.

• Frank Schappert (8/5): Würden wir wieder buchen - Es war alles da. Kleine Hütte, aber irgendwie gemütlich. Wir würden es aber trotz Sauberkeitsdefizite wieder buchen, da das Preis-Leistungsprinzig passte. Die Hütte war nicht wirklich sauber. Große verstaubte Spinnenweben hingen über dem Fernseher und Dreck unter dem Bett. Alles etwas abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es war alles da.
• Philip (8/5): - Location. Size of cabin. No wifi in cabin. We were able to join outside but once we entered cabin it disconnected. The TV only had channel 9. We tried to reset channels but wouldn’t work. Told reception and they said they had never had problems before.

• Charmaine (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - Lisa was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We liked the space and having 2 separate bedrooms. Cooking facilities were good and plates etc supplied. The beds were comfortable. Linen was fresh and clean. We were in the last cabin number 10 so it was very quiet and no road noise. The view of bush from the cabin was nice. The cabin was old and could do with some better maintenance. The vinyl floor needed cleaning otherwise cleanliness was good. The couch looked ok but we needed cushions as bottom was "sat out".

• Dave (1/5): - Handy for main road Run down and dirty accomm, not like photos, avoid if possible. Needs a deep clean. Needs some basic maintenance: very old, decrepit cabin described as a 'studio'. Shower door missing, unclean shower curtain. Dirty sofa, crockery, surfaces. No tea towel or dish washing brush, dripping taps. Located source of smell - DEAD, DECAYING MOUSE under the sofa. Under sofa and bed, and even visible on the sofa, were months of dust and dirt. Dangerous cable on a lamp. Main road noise, especially trucks. Laundry is coin operated and reception has limited hours so pretty useless if you don't have coins. Check in messages sent by SMS (to UK phone number: SIM switched off!) not via Booking.com accessible via Aus SIM. Reception closes early so we were lucky to raise someone at the end of a driving day (only 5pm). We might have been luckier to have had to find somewhere else tbh.

• Rhia (4/5): Overpriced cabin...tired and with mice - I stayed in a 1 bed cabin which felt damp and although it was relatively clean was pretty old and tired. expensive for what it was. Had mice running around and centipedes on the curtains. Cobwebs in windows. Wasn't a lot of privacy as when blinds open, people using the communal kitchen were looking in or the people in the cabin the otherside, so kept the blinds down. Locked slide door wasnt very secure. Just very dated and not able to fully relax

We were in a chalet and it had everything you needed, and when compared to other accommodation in Esperance was definitely value for money. For those not in a chalet it even had a tv viewing room. Had a laundry where could pay small amount to wash and dry clothes. Staff were lovely. Wifi wasn't great. Expect to use data if you aren't close to reception. It's not right in centre of town so not one to go if you don't have a car....but that was expected and it was only a few minutes out with wheels.

• Isabel (10/5): - Acclaim Pine Grove Holiday Park is a distance from the centre of Esperence so you would definitely need a car. Our cabin (No 9) was a 2 bedroom at the back of the park. It was quiet and had everything we needed. It was very clean with plenty of towels, toiletries, coffee/tea etc. The bed was comfortable. A huge shout out to the Manager, Lisa who really went above and beyond. She recommended all the places/beaches we should visit and also places to eat. I stupidly left my necklace behind and when I contacted Reception she informed me that the cleaners had found it and she promptly sent it back to me in QLD. Thank you Nothing not to like
• Nigel (3/5): Never Again - The first impression was that the park needed attention. When we got to the cabin my concerns did not change. Before we moved our luggage into the unit I made every effort to find other accommodation but none was available so we had no choice but to stay at this venue. The windows and flyscreens needed cleaning, the floor was dirty and there was nothing to clean it with. We were given 2 keys, only one worked. We struggled to get the door open as the rollers needed replacing. The fly screen had no handle on the inside and the lock had been removed. The ensuite door was difficult to open unless we stood in a particular place. The ensuite basin was too small to wash properly and had no plug. It didn't drain away very well so it soon filled up. We ended up washing our hands and teeth in the kitchen sink. The taps on the kitchen sink are basin taps thus making it impossible to fill the kettle or water bottles only with the use of a cup. Cutlery, china and glasses were .mismatched. The TV kept pixelating which made it unwatchable. There was no bedside table lamp. Although the bed was low and obviously not very new we slept quite well. We were told that we had plugged the kettle into the wrong socket because it kept tripping the power. I didn't prepare any meals so don't know how the electric would have coped had I used other appliances. The staff weren't rude but we did get the feeling that we were considered a nuisance. I went to the office several times in office hours but could only get a response by a phone call. There is no pool and the photos advertising this venue are very misleading and should be removed from the website. I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone.

• Sabine (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Checkin und Checkout hat reibungslos geklappt 👍 Das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut wie Geschirr, Badutensilien, aber das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden und zwar der Boden, die Sockelleisten und die Fugen in der Dusche. Ebenso wäre es schön mehr Sorgfalt aufs entfernen der Spinnweben an den Ecken und Fenstern zu legen, sehr schade. Das wäre ein kleiner Aufwand für mehr Wohlgefühl.

We stayed in a house and it was very run down and in need of maintenance eg sliding door did not lock, internal sliding doors didn't work, toilet seat looked melted, kitchen tap dripping, holes & tears in the lino in many places.

Ruined my holiday, booked in advance hoping will have nice and pleasant holidays instead of that was awful and excuse from management was : “sorry that’s only one we have available” like that I just come that day walk in and ask for room. Complain will be sent also to department of health as they should be responsible to ensure places like this complain to WA health policy or be shut down and banned to operate

• Maryam (5/5): Pretty average. Wouldn't recommend - Location was good but I think Espernace is pretty small. Kitchen had all required stuff but no refills of milk for 4 days. Bathroom. It was a big NO for us. Smelled all the time and too stuffy.
• Hayley (2/5): Do not recommend - Not a lot It has not been well maintained, we had a light fall down in our room (they did fix quickly), it was advertised with wifi when we booked and there wasn’t any when we arrived which made work difficult, you could feel all the springs in the mattress and there was a scattering noise in the walls. We paid $260 a night for a small cabin, we had to go ask for cutlery to match the amount of guests. Just a lot of poor quality occurrence, Really unimpressed. It’s also really noisey with the sound of trucks due to the area(not the accomodations fault but it wasn’t great at 4am)

• Martine (3/5): Unworthy ',resort' - De eigenaars waren enigszins vriendelijk en gaven ons een cabin-upgrade Ze waren niet zo flexibel om ons een deel van het geld terug te geven zodat we konden vertrekken! Vreselijke locatie in een industriezone, lawaai van de highway, de initieel geboekte kleine cabin was 'depressing' en veel te duur voor wat het was. De nieuwe cabin was ok, maar de rest blijft. Het is zo'n troosteloze camping, terwijl we advertising zagen die de boel zo mooi voorstelt! Een totale "No Go"! Booking zou ons moeten refunden voor zoiets!

• Anne-Marie (10/5): Séjour au vert à Espérance - J'ai beaucoup aimé mon mobile home très bien équipé et dans un coin tranquille et naturel. Et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la réactivité du couple de gérants toujours là quand on a un souci. Ma voiture etait en panne, le patron a appelé pour moi en anglais l'assistance dépannage, 2h après c'etait réglé ! Merci encore. :)
