The strong stench in the room that was unmistakably cigarette smoke, when I specifically requested a non-smoking room. I didn’t sleep well as a result.

• Julie (8/5): A Comfy Stay - I was in a room down the end of the motel and a fair way from the busy road, so it was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The room had everything I needed, and it was clean. There's nothing I didn't like.
