Katherine (1/5): Would not recommend . The couple next door stayed up the whole night fighting on and off snd had people coming and going - Nothing Old, yellow stained lumpy pillows. Uncomfortable old mattress. Thin blanket, had to put heater on. The door didn’t close properly, I had to wedge the bathmat underneath it.

Paul (2/5): I like Albury and this being my first time stay at this motel and the last.. - Location was within easy walking distance to town centre, perfect onsite parking as other guests don't own cars. Didn't like being woken up at 4.30am by the person having visitors at this time of morning, I understand the situation these people are in but the manager needs to address this with the residents.

Lisa-Marie (1/5): Never EVER again - The Staff were fantastic and very accommodating, Location Great. The beds are uncomfortable, the seating was old, dated, wonky and so uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin so all you can hear is the people next door talking, singing or fighting. The shower was a dribble, worst shower ever. The lock on the door was broken, felt very unsafe, they must have permanent residents that live there and we felt we were in a boarding home. The TV was in the worst place and up so high, we were given one roll of toilet paper between 3 of us.

Lewis (1/5): The worst place I have stayed at! - Near to the point of nothing... It was the worst place I have ever stayed at... There was blood stains on the curtains and a strange noise coming from the shower so I refused to take a shower here. There was also some green looking stains on the top of the bed aswell which was honestly disgusting. The room itself was absolutely freezing! The tap in the bathroom was so far away from the sink bowl that every time you put your hand underneath it too wash your hands the water would quite literally go everywhere. There was also some bugs in the bathroom which I had to kill off while I was there. The room especially the bathroom smelt of fags and at times I nearly through up because It just made me fill I'll. Got woken up every hour by a truck so didn't even sleep here. And the owner knocked on my door asking when I would be leaving even though checkout was still another hour yet. The fact I have to give it a 1/10 and not a 0 isn annoying because honestly it deserves a 0 100%! Absolutely disgusting and absolutely disgraceful. Do not go here!!!!
Jordan (6/5): very comfortable and pretty good for the value of the room but just need to keep on top of all the cleaning - very comfortable beds the drain in the shower hadn’t been cleaned out every which lead to it getting blocked and there for the shower then overflowed onto the bathroom floor
Ashurah Shukri (8/5): Overall a pleasant stopover in Albury - good place for family. - The Location - a good place for one night stopover (Canberra - Melbourne). The double bed equipped with electronic bed warmer (it was super cold + windy that night - Late autumn season). Size of the family apartment is just nice for 5 pax. Love the contactless check in as we arrived late at night (after regular check in hours). Thank you for the kind arrangement. The single bed bended in the middle - should be repaired or replaced.
