- Karren (2/5): - CHRISTMAS 2022 NIGHTMARE. We had seen previous reviews on the Inn saying it was tired, but hey we were only staying overnight and wouldn’t be occupying the room for too long. Whilst the accommodation is very standard (old), what we found were BED BUGS. Our daughter was bitten extensively. There is not one limb of her body that has not been bitten. Whilst we contacted the Inn and they advised they would spray, no effort was made to reimburse the nights cost or pay for the medical/pharmaceuticals purchased to attend to the bites. WARNING- DO NOT STAY THERE. There are other motels in Wollongong which will be safer to stay at.

- RUTH (8/5): - The vanity was too big for the size of the bathroom. There was hardly any space between the vanity and the toilet. You had to squeeze past the vanity to get to the toilet. Then, when sitting on the toilet, your knees were hitting on the side of the vanity and your face could touch the vanity.
- Paula (2/5): - We booked 2 rooms. This place was filthy. Large dirty stains on the carpet; shower tiles not cleaned and tile grout was black near the floor. There was a dirty towel behind the door and a flea in one of the bathrooms. The entire room had one window only - well, not a window, a pane of glass, so it was impossible to bring fresh air inside without leaving the door open. We complained to management - they blamed their own contract cleaners and said they were about to start renovations but there was no evidence of this. This is the most disgusting accommodation we have ever encountered.

The room is quite dated and the walls are very thin. We were woken quite a few times by loud yelling and laughing by some drunken guests.
