There was a microwave but no microwave dishes, no toaster. It's very run down, needs to be updated. Also dangerous getting in and out of the spa bath to have a shower. I think that we really paid for the views 🤔

christine (4/5): I won’t recommend this property. - The location was great and the size of the room was impressive with the second bedroom on a mezzanine floor. The management responded well to our noise complaint from the adjacent room. The walls were paper thin and we had very noisy parting guests next door. The room was dated and had hammering noises in the pipes when the water was being used. Quite a few stains on the lounge and carpets. Rate was $380 per night which was exorbitant. No manager on site after 6pm so we found it became rowdy !

Diane (7/5): Enjoyable but beware of noise - Undercover parking was a boon, especially with the rain whilst we were there. Location to the jetty and Esplanade was excellent. Room was a really good size for a longer stay but the place is tired and in need of some TLC. The staff, especially Eddie at reception were very friendly and helpful. Whilst I accepted that being on the Esplanade would be noisy, it was the internal noise from the other rooms and corridors was really intrusive, day and night.
John (8/5): Our stay was beautiful but cleanliness goes a long way. - I liked that the place is close enough for you to enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean and waking up to it every morning was therapeutic. 😍❤️ The apartment was stuffy, the bathrooms was dirty and the toilet had pee on it. Refreshing the place an hour before check in would go a long way.

Donelle (7/5): We had an enjoyable time and would go back again to this accommodation. - The location was terrific being right across the road from one of the beaches and within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was clean and serviced every second day. The parking area underneath the complex was cramped and so it was difficult to manoeuvre a large vehicle such as a dual cab ute or 4WD which many people staying at the complex were driving.

Roger (10/5): Perfect family accommodation in a wonderful location - Location, genuinely on the seafront with wonderful views, spacious and light split level appartment with two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, huge sofas to easily comfortably seat all guests well equipped kitchen, on site parking in the underground car park. Its also great value. Staff were very professional in accepting a late request to upgrade to a larger appt to accommodate additional members of my family. They loved The Jetty as well. Genuinely, nothing.

Water from the shower runs along the back of the bath and down the outside onto the floor. This ends up wetting the towel hanging next to the bath and creates a big puddle of water on the floor
