• estelle (10/5): - Check-in process was smooth after I read the fine-print of the T&C. Location was great - close to the city. Security was good. The apartment was spacious and it was cosy for our family. The pull-out sofa bed seemed dirty so we just slept on the cushions instead. Garage was spacious but it did not fit our 7-seater cars.

No casserole or oven dishes tacks coming through in carpet on staircase pantry cupboard door stuck NO Foxtel even though it was advertised .. TVs small and old Balcony very dirty BBQ so old and grubby it couldn't be used

• Anandkumar (1/5): Bad experince, won't recommend it for the listed money . I would keep it as the last option. - I will say the truth . The unit was not cleaned , sofa dusty, the heater was not woking on day 1 onwards, the staff was not cooperative and were not able to solve the issues. Half way of total 8 days stay , the bathroom light went off, tried to call the office, no response even. after leaving message. No cleaning service provided during the stay. On the last day ,requested for extra 1 hour after the check out time of 10am as of the wild weather in around Perth, reception declined it and the just agree to 1/2 hour after lot of request.I had tried to contact them previous day for this request , no response, left message but then never heard from the reception. Look for better options, you may find better places to enjoy your stay.

• Viviana (1/5): Terrible, dirty, unsafe, misleading information, lack of floor plan, the amenities offered wasn’t working, etc. Terrible - Nothing, when I did the booking information was missing as for example, the floor plan of units it is an important information for guests to know, as if the units have stairs or , 1, 2, or 3 levels. We don’t like anything, We travelled with my in-laws and 3 family with kids, TVs wasn’t working, internet was not connected, the TV control remotes never worked. The mop was dirty and smelly. I got a message saying pets not allowed but we saw 4 dogs inside the complex and units. We wouldn’t booked there if we knew it there was stairs, as my in laws are over 80 of age, My husband recently had a knee surgery, I am pregnant and we were having in total 5 kids, stairs dangerous, one of the guest fell down the stairs in unit 1, we had to take him to emergency at the Mandurah hospital, for stitches and check legs and back. I have the photos, there is not hand support when walking down the stairs, there is one part, but you will have to switch hands and the items if you walking down carrying bags. When you get to the door, there are not fence and not hands support to use the stairs to walk to the parking.

• Brenda (10/5): Relaxing - The window in the ensuite could do with a blind The blinds on the windows in the master bedroom could be replaced as they were torn and tired. Letting through alot of light
• Lexie (8/5): Overall a great couple of days enjoyed by all. - Great location to waterfront and restaurant next door In the disability bathroom there was no space to put toilet bags and clothes. Also a rail to hang towels. Only one spare blanket. Older people feel the cold.

• Renae (6/5): - The heated lights in the bathroom were a nice surprise. The location was a good distance to be able to easily walk to the foreshore. It was an ok stay, the unit needs some work though. I had to ring to get jocks removed from the pool. There was dust build up on skirting boards, someone's used maccas wrapping under the couch, old tissues under one of the beds, the garage remote stopped working after a day, the TV remote didnt work on Netflix after Id logged in, WiFi unable to keep up and chipped painting throughout the unit. It needed a bit of upkeep.
• Richard (6/5): - Experienced no hot water for the whole apartment for first night. Called emergency number but they could only come the next day. After a round of golf, came back with no hot water to shower in a cold spring session. Need a check list on the essential items and ensure they are in order before guest arrival. Told them the hot water and air con, the one near to the kitchen, had problems. They only fixed the.hot water.

• Steve (10/5): Great stay, big place & nice location - We enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the size and amenities included with two ensuite bathrooms. Its spacious, a short walk to the heart of Mandurah & you have your own single garage space. Downside is that reception is at another location to pick up keys & if you have heavy bags you need to lift them up 1-2 flight of stairs (it is two storey). If you cannot walk up the stairs, don't stay here. The swimming pool is freezing in winter even though it says its heated! Despite that, I highly recommend this place for a nice family getaway.
• Amanda (7/5): Average - Good location and security. Shower pressure was good. Heating was good. Bed in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Two of the beds were in a lounge room of sorts near the front door which was a bit unusual (and unexpected). The place is a little worn.
• Pat (7/5): Partially good. - Nowhere on your website did it say "accessible by stairs only" My husband is 91 and it was very difficult getting him up and down the spiral staircases. Not to mention the luggage as well!

• Jonathan (7/5): Ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for. - Great location and lots of space. Perfect for a big group. 3 bathrooms was also a big plus. I'm sure the pool would be great in the summer. Our fob didnt work to open the main gate or garage at the property and no one was available to help us. The garage was small and appliances were a bit dated.
• Leanne (9/5): Very Secure Apartment Complex - The receptionist and first maintenance person were very professional. The spacious and upmarket apartment is close to most eating places and facilities. One of the only apartments I've stayed in that supplies scissors and a grater. Comfortable beds. Lack of supplies, no broom or dustpan and brush. The oven wasn't clean and set off the fire alarm 😒 with the smoke on opening the oven door. The oven was to be cleaned when we left, by my request. The second maintenance person 🙄 with no idea of how to fix the loungeroom TV. The TV remote didn't work, as the infra-red on the set has had it. Plus it was hard to manually switch on the TV as the switch was not working all the time. Hours later, it still wasn't fixed and not when I left, after eight days.

• Tina (6/5): Adequate accommodation, close proximity to Mandurah. - Multiple toilets on all levels given that it was a multi level property. Clean. Good internet. Bath spa in main bathroom. Proximity to Mandurah main centre good. Spirsl stairs, that wasn't mentioned in the accommodation brief so lugging suitcases up, late after our flight, was difficult. Walking down them wasn't easy either. Twice I missed the bottom step. TV remote batteries not working, swapped them with the air conditioning remote though. Luckily it wasn't hot. Car did not fit in locked garage although this appears to be the norm given the details from the property. Lack of facilities to put clothes away, we had to leave everything still in our suitcases scattered on the floor. Lights not working or very dim in multiple rooms. Only one side of the beds had bedside lamps.

Unit with bathroom for disabled (not that we needed it - but good to see) Units are roomy with good ratio of bedrooms/bathroom - some units have a ridiculous number of stairs, you'll be fit by the time you leave. Poor - We had 10 people in 2 x units and were issued one set of keys/remotes per unit - to lock/unlock units, open and close roller door and get in/out of gated complex - 2 sets per unit would have made things easier. Dishwasher needs fixing - kept spitting out dirty dishes. The lower rack would tilt (missing a wheel) & the dinner plates were obstructing the spray arm. I know the website states minimal supplies are provided but considering the cos per night was the same for 1 night or 5 nights, to only provide 3 sachets of dish washing detergent and 3 sachets for the dishwasher for a 5 night stay - that's penny pinching - and very annoying when the dishwasher was faulty If unsteady on your feet or unfit - avoid units with stairs (seriously there are many)

• Nicole (7/5): Great location and facilities but the property could do with some basic maintenance. - The location was good, being only a short drive or walk to the Mandurah foreshore. The kids loved the pool. It was a secure complex, so we felt safe. Having laundry facilities in the property was great. The property is in need of some maintenance. The tv remote doesn’t work. The pull cord for the blinds in the dining area doesn’t work. The sofa in the living room is covered in stains and dirty patches. Some lights switches don’t work. Water pressure in main bedroom bathroom is low.

The lounge is quite old and grubby, the air vents were needing a clean. A bigger TV would have been nice and a smart TV as we all like to chrome cast to Netflix ect. The Patio area was quite small and the garden beds were full of tall weeds

• Paula (9/5): Superb - Nice and roomie. Garage is suitable for 2 small or medium-sized cars. We had a ute and a wagon, so we couldn't shut the garage door. The bottom step is the same colour, which blends in with the floor tiles , which can be tricky to see. I believe it should have a metal strip on the edge to see it.

Key collection during check in and key return during check out are at different locations. It would be nice to collect the key at the property itself with passcode provided.

• Geraint (9/5): Great apartment - Great size apartment for the whole family. Everything you could want was in the apartment. BBQ URGENTLY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Gas burners were rusted to such a degree that there were massivecrust holes that made igniting it dangerous. Unit 8

The fact that our unit was large enough for all of us and had everything we needed made it a - Awesome unit with everything a family of five would need for a short stay. Rooms were large and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Close to shops and good wifi (that’s important according to the teenagers!) - everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike - this property had it all!
