- Ash (10/5): - Very nice place upstairs with a great view of Dutchmans Beach. Walking distant to the beach and nelson bay town centres with lots of great cafe and restaurants nearby. Comfy bed and aircon with a small kitchen too. Perfect for a long weekend.

- Suzanne (8/5): - Very handy to water. On the ground floor area the roof noisy from creaky floor upstairs and heavy walkers which was a little concern. Bed very firm, ok if you like that.

There are some things that need improvement, the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable and seat you so low that I couldn’t see the view over the balustrade. There were a few window winders that were broken and some long term dust on the bedroom window that fell onto the bed when I closed the window. But saying that I enjoyed my time there and loved Nelson bay.

- Jane (10/5): - We just got back from our time at Amore at the Beach. For us it was perfect. Lovely unit with a great view. Walking distance to the marina and shops. Great facilities at the unit, Wifi, Alexa with speaker, foxtel, Netflix etc. Highly recommend.
- Mary (10/5): - The area was peaceful with nice views to the ocean. Maintenance is needed in bathroom and with some cleaning to the venician blinds. Bed was comfortable which was ideal. Easy walking track to shops and eateries nearby.

- JOHN (8/5): A little dated but comfortable - A large one bed apartment that was one of three, converted from an existing house. A little dated and in need of a few improvements but comfortable and close to town.

- Anne (10/5): - Loved the location, the view and the easy access to the great walk along the bike path/coast as well as the marina. Also loved the outdoor sitting area - though the cushions were a bit grubby with bird droppings on them. Suggested improvements include: Tea/coffee sachet box needs replacing; one side of the toaster did not work; the toilet roll holder needs replacing, and it would have been good to have a few coffee pods available for the coffee machine. The apartment guide said that there was some coffee info (?) in 'the drawer' - but there was no drawer. Last issue was that the chairs for the table were too low. We suggest you get a couple of higher chairs so it is more comfortable to eat at the table.

The property has great gardens and is in a peaceful setting. We appreciated the extras like Alexa, Apple TV and Foxtel. the only issue was that the bathroom was very small with limited storage and power but the spa tub was amazing.

The speaker was an added bonus for listening to music. As we were the only guests, it felt very private. It would be good to return with friends in the other apartments.

We had amazing views from our top floor apartment and enjoyed the easy walks into Nelson Bay and the nearby Dutchman’s Beach. Bed was comfortable and the spa was relaxing.

A clean, compact unit with a lovely outdoor area and beautiful garden. We had no worries with the other holidayers in the units above. The outdoor shower is a great ideas and the BBQ area looked great, even though we didn't use it. A short drive to all the facilities of the shops and restaurants, it is easily walking distance too. Thanks for the great instructions and trouble free stay.

The weather was wet so we stayed indoor most to our stay - watched a bit of Netflix and do some cooking. Still we managed to take the Ferry to Tea Gardens and visit 'Fighter World'. We walked to the Duchies (beach) from the backyard, it was very handy.

It was very close to Dutchman's Beach and there were walking paths close by. The apartment had all amenities and a superbly furnished kitchen. We appreciated the tea and coffee provided. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in.
- Ramze (2/5): - The property wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, found lots of dust under the couch, bed and other corner places. We even found someone’s toenail in the lounge room. Paid premium price for 2 night but was disgusted with the conditions and left the very next day although paid for 2 nights.

- Mona (10/5): Amor for Amore on the beach - This place was a lovely escape from Sydney - outstanding location - so easy to walk to local restaurants and shops, on street parking and lovely amenities in the apartment. The place was quite clean and well presented and suited to a single or two adults at most. The mattress was not amazing but the couch was awesome and really enjoyed my 4 night stay. Good communication from the owners and check in & check out were easy It was exactly what I needed.

Small apartment but has not been soundproofed so apartment above us very loud everytime they were sliding doors or walking around. Unfortunately mice dirt on shelves under bathroom basin and backyard path very wet and muddy to gain access to pathway. Onsite parking was great. Good communication from owners and easy directions regarding keytel use.

You have Duchmans Beach only two minutes walk from your doorstep and the Centre of Nelson Bay only a short stroll the other direction. The apartment is neat and tidy. The only negative would be the lack of water pressure especially for the hot water. I would stay there again.

The whole apartment had a layer of dust on it and we had to clean some things before we used them. Handles on a vanity in the bathroom were falling apart and the jets in the bathtub when we filled it up released bugs and soap scum. Generally we enjoyed our stay, it just needs a big clean.

- Cameron (10/5): Cozy getaway for 2 - Quite a cozy property. I had the Garden Suite which seemed too good for just myself. It would have been nicer if I'd brought the wife, but we do what we gotta do. There appeared to be an effort to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The room itself was similar to a granny flat with a spa bath and I could almost see the water from the window.

We stayed in the terrace apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We would love to come back again.
