Fecal matter in the toilet and yet it had the clean sticker on it The bed and pillows were so hard to sleep on you either couldn’t sleep or by the time you did you woke with a painful neck and headache

Also no-one in reception either when we checked in (at 2pm in the afternoon) or when we checked out - about 9am. Defininately no customer service.

- Matthew (8/5): - It was a very central location, made it walkable. We even walked to the Victoria Hotel for a lovely dinner. Smell of smoking from other guests in the carpark and slamming doors. This is no fault of the management, just our experience.
