• Caroline (10/5): Seriously cool pub to stay at! - Seriously cool place to stay! While the room was smaller it was perfect for what we needed. Bed was 10/10 for comfort, pillows were top notch and the shower was massive! Would recommend as a perfect base for exploring the Tambourine mountains area. Great value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. Be prepared to take your luggage up a flight of stairs.
• Phillip (7/5): Good basic country inn - Handy to walking tracks. Restaurant on site. Common room upstairs needs sink bench, crockery cutlery, extra table. Rooms need hooks and rails to hang things.
• Peter (10/5): We will definitely return to enjoy all the best this wonderful town and surrounding areas have to is - Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived till we left the hotel. All staff members were extremely respectful and friendly and the good was just wonderful. All staff members including Jo, Louise, Jack , Sandon and Alicia went out of their way to make our stay such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back sooner than later and we are seriously considering moving to the beautiful place called Canungra. All the local community we meet on our stay were just so friendly and approachable. Nothing at all as all aspects of our stay were exceptional

• Melanie (9/5): Comfortable, quiet and modern - The room was modern, comfortable and clean. It was also surprisingly quiet, especially considering we stayed at a pub on a Saturday night. Loved the usb charger points in the bedside tables, and the T2 teas were a nice touch. The bathroom was a little small, but functional. It would have been good to be able to cast to the TV, but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

• Victoria (5/5): Great location, staff and room layout but terrible bed linen spoilt the rating. A simple fix that would lead to at least - Location, staff, room layout & amenities were all great! The bed linen was atrocious. It was clean but the sheets were either very cheap or a polyester blend. Very uncomfortable and hot. We had a bad sleep and when the ultimate purpose of a bedroom is to sleep, well we had to rate this venue poorly.

• Melissa (7/5): Decent for a short stay in a cute town, needs a a good dusting. - Decent room, easy check-in, no noise issues, comfortable night overall. Needed a good dusting. After hours access to front door was not explained, fob didn't work and assistance took ages.

Les chambres sont bien insonorisées , c’est rudimentaire mais confortable . Notre séjour a été très agréable Dans une des 2 chambres il manquait un frigidaires . De plus , on n’a pas eu d’eau chaude le matin. On a retrouvé une chaussette et une bouteille d’eau, pourtant dans l’ensemble c’était propre .

• Ian (9/5): It was great ... we were attending a function at O'Reilly's winery and it saved us driving home - It's a great piece of history ... the photos upstairs are amazing ... a lot of effort has gone into preserving the character and history of the pub and it was a pleasure to stay there. We have been to the Canungra Hotel several times before but had no idea what was upstairs! Not much ... a bit on the expensive side for a room compared to local motels and other nearby options.

• Karen (8/5): A short relaxing affordable get away in a lovely room at a country pub. - The room was lovely with a beautiful bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised that I could hear no noise from the pub downstairs. The only minor issue is that the cups in the room were quite small to have a cup of tea. Mugs are usually preferable.

• Jonathan (7/5): - The location was very accessible for many shops and the park for family bbq. There wasn’t any ventilation in the hallway and common room, and the toilet seat doesn’t cover the entire toilet bowl. Just a small inconveniences for me otherwise very satisfied with the stay.

• Nicola (10/5): We were very pleased to have somewhere to stay after the Christmas market that was close. - The bed was lovely and soft and the room was very nice. It was nice to have a coffee in the morning before leaving. There was a dead cockroach on the floor and a couple of pictures on the walls would be nice. It would be nice if the price was not so high.
